These are for breath and to help ease stomach pains, but remember to swallow them without sucking on them like a breath mint, because if you do not read the instructions (as I did not) then after they begin to melt in your mouth, the other essential oils do not taste as good as the mint oil. They do keep the breath fresh and the stomach soothed. Highly recommend.
