customer service is excellent

I originally gave this product two stars because it stopped working while we were traveling. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. The shipped me a new pot within a week. New one works just fine!

Fast boiling and convenient

Order arrived fast! The water took 2 minutes to boil on the ll side! Portable and small and not to heavy, can fit in a tote bag.

I love it!

It's work super good! Fast and easy! I bought two for me and my boyfriend and now we can go outside and make ramen together. If you want something simple and fast I strongly recommend! (Even better if you are college student and live in dorm :D)

Very easy to use and easy to clean up

We don't have stove in the rental house so this has been extremely helpful. Very easy to use and easy to clean up. The portion is good for 1-2 people. I'm really happy with this purchase and would recommend the product :)

Think it works better than the microwave

use it at work. Think it works better than the microwave. I usually turn it on half an hour before I'm going to eat.

Cute, perfect one person's hotpot but this particular one worked only about 2 wks.

I loved it. So perfect for a one person's hotpot. Now the bad news is it worked for a bit over 2 wks so i need to return it. I am put in a new order hopefully it will last long.

Love it!

I love it! I carry with me whenever I travel, in hotel where there is no microwave or coffee maker, and it fit perfectly in my 22” carry on bag! I use it at a hot pot cooking noodle soup, caned soup, boil eggs or re-heat some food that contain some liquid. I won’t recommend to use it as stir-fry because there are only low&high heat which is not easy to control the temperature. But for that size and price, it soooo worthed to have one!

Its great for individual hot pot or quick instant noodle, soup and etc. Just kind of hard to control the temp since it only have hi and low.
