Great pan for frying without oil

Love this grill pan!

This pan works great for everything from burgers to steak. It heats quickly so you can get a good sear n the meat and holds the heat so it cooks well. Heat is evenly distributed so meat on the edge of the pan cooks the same as the meat in the middle.

Love this pan

A gift for my daughter for Christmas. I have one and and I bought her one years ago but hers is worn out from using all the time. I use it to sear different meats but I love cooking a steak on it. We love this pan!
