I was very reluctant to buy this set of blades due to the bad reviews about dispenser. But honestly the blades are what i wanted so it didn't matter to me. But once i got it i saw what was probably the issue for most. It appears that you mount with the writing upright so u can read it while in fact you have to flip upside down so gravity allows blades to go into dispenser. After reading the reviews to the guy who used a hammer to open i'm kind of saddened at the human race. But seriously everything worked well for me so buy with confidence.

Initially used these for a drywall project. Very sturdy blades, long lasting. Price can't be beat. The only "con" is the blade ejector is a little finicky. You will need to flip the holder upside down and give it a little tap to seat a blade into the ejector. Then it flicks the blade right out.

Okay I really only need one or two blades that would last me for the next year but I bought this and I have to say they are very sharp and I've had no issues with cutting through drywall or opening packages. The case they come in is well-built and durable Annie Easley dispenses a single blade at a time.

My Stanley Utility Blade is the only thing I will cut with when I'm working. The issue I've always had with Non-Stanley blades were they didn't like ripping cloth too well or would snap. These ones don't have that issue. They're very sharp and only required one pass through with some super thick and old carpet without a problem. These helped my finish ripping up a section of carpet + the underlying barrier with one swipe - awesome! I also like they're in a retail clip so I can hang them on my tool wall for easy access rather than them lying in a drawer.

These blades are as good as any similar blade I've used and the price, in comparison, is terrific. The dispenser is a nice addition. As far as dispensing the blades is concerned... My blades came in the dispenser that's shown in the product description above (clear face and black back). For the dispenser arm (slider?) to engage with a new blade it must be fully retracted all the way to the left - it will click when locked in place and you'll see the back edge of it protruding slightly outside the clear cover - this needs to be checked before sliding the cover down or will not pick up the blade. The clear front cover rides on the outer rails of the black back cover. These rails are notched at intervals matching the thickness of the blades and the clear cover must be pressed down firmly and evenly to slide it downward to meet the top blade to enable the blade to engage with the dispenser arm. You'll hear and feel it click as it moves down. Not trying to be a wise-ass here. It took me a couple of attempts before I figured it out and thought I'd share my experience...

Nothing fancy crazy sharp pretty durabil. For the price it if you tend to use blades alot it just makes sense vs. The higher quality one that cost twice as much. You tend to feel bad burning those up not with this back!

I know that previous reviews stated that getting the razors out of the case may be a challenge, but you're not purchasing these because they're released like Pez. The razors are sharp, fit any standard sized utility knife, have a thin coat of oil to facilitate releasing & minimize rust. If you need a good blade to cut rugs, boxes, wallpaper, & sheetrock, then these will do the job!!

about what I expect, Sharp for the price, these may not hold up as well as some other ones, but with how much I pry and abuse my blades I end up swapping them out pretty quick, so I'd rather have more short term blades then expensive long term blades.

Excellent blades. More expensive than standard pack of blades, but these cut much better than standard blades. Have been using the first blade for much longer than regular blades. Can't do a comparison to as I didn't keep any info as to how long the regular blades lasted, but can tell you these are sharp, cuts through every thing I need it to.
