Nice machine!

I am a huge fan of Janome/Kenmore, and this machine was everything I expected it to be. The instruction book gives lots of creative ideas so you don't have to use it just to finish seams. It's a little noisy, but that's to be expected from a lower priced machine, but that sure doesn't affect its performance! If the noise bothers you, put a foam mat under it. I actually made my own, with a layer of batting, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I find it extremely easy to thread, but that's probably because I am an experienced seamstress, and very familiar with this brand.
