Worth Every Penny!

Amazing manipulative toy! My daughter (almost 3) loves building things, working with tools, etc. I was searching for a toy that would let her really use her hands and coordination to build things and that at 2 years old she could handle. This was the toy I was looking for! She loves to build different cars, planes, animals, etc. She loves the little screwdriver/wrench tool that came with it. She can build a lot of things by herself, which makes her very proud. The only negative is that you can usually build one item (from the page with pictures on it) and if you want to build another one you have to take apart what you just made. Also, its a random assortment of parts, so some of the building items show you using 6 wheels, and my box only came with 4, but we make it work. She loves this toy so much I think I'm going to order it again so she can make multiple things at a time!

Great toy, not so great price!

We bought these for Christmas when my son was just under 3. He loves them! He's almost 5 and still plays with them for hours. A few suggestions... 1.make the container a little bigger so that it's easier for the kids to put away all the parts. 2. Lower then price! Although it's a great toy the cost to make it can't be much. These are pretty expensive for a bunch of plastic parts. I might you'd sell more if they were more affordable. 3. Add a place on the lid where the "tool" can fit. It often gets misplaced.

Grandson loves to build using this toy.

Purchase this building block toy for my grandson's 2 year old birthday. He loves this toy because he can build many different items and the bolts that holds the parts together really intriguing for him. Once he builds something he is so proud he does not want to disassemble what he has made. Looks like I will have to get him another set as he gets older so his imagination for building has enough pieces to get the job done. He did tell me via FaceTime that he wanted more bolts so he could build more things. Although this toy is recommended for children 3 years old and up my 2 year old grandson is having lots of fun playing with it. Well we kept it quite about my grandson getting more bolts for his building block set. When the bolts arrived and he opened his box and saw the additional bolts he was thrilled. He loves to play with ETI Toys STEM Learing Blocks and my daughter says he will sit and play with the bolts by screwing them into the large blocks. We think he might be an engineer when he grows up. I would like to thank Nikki, from customer service, for helping to make the engineering blocks a huge success in my grandson eyes. He truly loves to play with this toy. Very engaging toy!

Great toy! This product is an awesome value. It encourages kids to use their imagination to create countless "masterpieces" . I run a home daycare with children ranging from 6 weeks - 12 years. Even though this toy is rated for preschoolers, the school age kids also enjoy playing with it. The pieces are large enough that I can have toddlers observing without worrying too much about choking as long as I am keeping close eye. Other toys that are geared for school age children have pieces so small that I can't even have a toddler in the same room for fear of choking. This toy is such a hit with my 4-7 year olds that I am ordering another set.

Great gift!!

I like the size of the pieces very much. I can't wait to give this to my nephew on his birthday. I'm planning to download the e-book on his tablet, so he can have access to the building ideas anytime. The case is a plus, since it can be used as a table where he can assemble the pieces if he is sitting on the floor. Update: My nephew loved it. Just one suggestion, the case needs to be a little bigger. The pieces doesn't fit in when a kid gathers them up after playing, they need to be carefully arranged in order to fit in. That's a little frustrating for a young kid who wants to "clean" after playing.

Super toy for 3 years and older

Super toy for 3 years and older. This toy has a lot of things they can put together and take apart. Helps with logical thinking skills, hand dexterity, creativity. It is great to see how they put the pieces together and what they see in their finished masterpieces.

Don’t let this fool you, it’s amazing

When this arrive on same day ship and I opened it I was pissed. A little plastic tub of stuff with no shrink wrap. I was about to call Amazon, give them a piece of my mind and send it back. Then my two year old grandson sees it and it’s all over the floor. After 3 hours of him playing with it and making silly thing he sees the photos. It has a handy scan logo that takes you to a web site with how to build things. My grandson will never let me build him stuff, but 40 minutes later with him handing me parts and using the wrench to help tight we have a dandy aircraft carrier. When the bolts get loose he’s actually fixing it. He’s just turned three and has learned a lot in a day with this. Tomorrow we are building a bus. Can’t recommend this enough. .

An outstanding product with even better customer service!

This arrived with a few cracks in the storage container that kept it from closing. I checked that all of the pieces were present and sent ETI a message asking if I could get just a replacement storage container. Much to my surprise, they RUSHED an ENTIRE new set to me in pristine condition. (They must have rightly assumed it was to be a child's Christmas gift.) The bulk of my just-turned-four-years-old son's Christmas presents were the ETI lineup, and we couldn't be more pleased. These are truly unique and high quality toys that obviously had a lot of thought put into them. The just-turned-eight-years-old boy also enjoys them, and I know their little sister (currently a few months old) likewise will when she is old enough to play with them. I would HIGHLY recommend this company's products to anyone.

This is the best creative building toy I have purchased to date

I have four grandchildren- two three year olds and two age five. This is the best creative building toy I have purchased to date. All of the kids were fully engaged in building and their parents joined in with them. The parents had never seen a set like this and they were quite impressed also. The building blocks, etc are sturdy and made out of excellent quality materials. The ability to create is endless and even our three-year olds were creating on their own and with parents. You can access multi levels of building guides online (access link is given in product box) as there is not a guide in the product box, only a small sheet of design possibilities. This was absolutely no issue for us as it only served to spur on creative thinking. I am giving this four stars for quality, design and encouraging creativity.

AWESOME LEARNING TOY!

I’m usually skeptical making purchases without physical seeing/touching the item because you never know what the quality is going to be like. Let me tell you, this product is amazing! All of the pieces are made of sturdy plastic. You don’t have to worry about it breaking/denting or coming apart. The bolts and screws have their purpose along with the wrenches and they actually work! This is such an incredible learning activity I am so happy with this purchase and this company!!
