Great product if you like nice wine and plan to drink a glass or two at a time

Great product. Works well. Wine is preserved well. If you go through a bottle in a day or two or have less expensive wine then the price is not worth it. If you like good wine and want a glass or two with days or weeks in between it is perfect. I waited two years to buy it because of the price. Since buying it it has been great. I scored it low on giftable because for that price you better really like that person.

Must have device for every wine lover

This device is great and a must have for anyone who enjoys great wine. With this you can enjoy wine in quantities less than a bottle and not be concerned about the remaining wine going bad. I have used this to enjoy a glass of wine and then not have another glass for 2 months. No taste difference. My only regret is waiting so long to get a Coravin. I can’t explain the other ratings but this device is easy to use and effective. I wouldnt try dropping it or being rough or forceful, but if you treat it with care and only use it on natural corks it works great!

Ingenius!

We first saw this at a high end restaurant, and just had to have one. While we don't often have bottles of wine that warrant using it, once in a while we will now splurge for a fine wine which we never would have in the past, knowing that we can now savor it over time.

Wine Snobs Love It

Bought as a gift for my wife who also happens to be wine snob. She loves it (used to use the Rabbit or whatever it was called) and just raves about the Coravin, especially when she's opening a fairly expensive bottle of wine that may not be emptied right away. As long as she's happy, I'm happy.

You just have to smile. Try that expensive bottle of wine without having to drink the whole bottle.. We discovered this at a wine tasting in Napa.

Very easy to operate

Very easy to operate. Allows us to open a nice bottle of wine during the week (without actually opening it) and not worry about losing any to oxidation.
