Review from a person who shaves EVERY single day!

Being in the US Army, I am required to shave on a daily basis and have used many different methods and types of razors over many years. I have been using Gillette razors for some years now and have been satisfied. I received the Proshield Chill Razor free from Gillette and used it for over 4 weeks, shaving once a day. I was satisfied with the razor, particularly the first few times, you could clearly feel the double lubrication as the razor felt great on the skin. It gives you that close shave as with any other Gillette razor, and irritation is minimal. As with any razor, the shave is not as great after the first 3-4 shaves, but with this razor the shave felt better after 3-4 shaves compared to other Gillette razors due to the double lubrication in my opinion. I would recommend this razor to people who shave frequently, but be wary not to spend too much as it is not too great of an upgrade from other gillette razors. If you do have sensitive skin, the dual lubrication may of help if you feel like spending a few extra bucks. Life span: Excellent: 1-2 shaves Great: 3-5 shaves Good: 5-8 shaves Fair: 8-12 shaves Poor: 12+ shaves

Fantastic Razor Blades!!!!!

I have been using these razors since they first came out. After the first time I tried these razor blades and the blade froze my face and they just glide over the hairs amazingly soft!!!!!!!

These are generally good blades

The razor blades are compatible with many other Gillette razors, which makes using using these blades with an old razor convenient. The cooling strip definitely makes your face feel cool, at least until it wears out. I have found these blades have impressive durability as well, as they can be used continuously for quite a while before having to change blades (though some parts do wear out before the blades do). Eventually, the blades do seem to dull with repeated usage. The way they are designed allows for some give and mobility with the razor, which makes shaving along a curved part of one's face or neck easier. Overall, these blades are good quality.

Best razors I've used.

If you're wondering whether or not to get the new pro shield tech go for it. I've used the proglide power since it launched and have loved it, but these are even better. They leave your face way less irrated, smooth, and you hardly even have to rinse it while shaving. It will keep its performance even completely covered in cream. Just awesome and well worth the premium over other brands. I tried Harry's (twice) recently and they definitely give you a perspective on your money's worth because they SUCK. Spend the couple extra dollars if you can on these and your face will be happy.

Smooth Head

I use these to keep my head smooth, they work the best for me and I have tried many things to try and keep my dome shiny. I always go back to these razors, do not believe the hype of all those other things, fusion is where it is at. Thanks!

Great for Women, Too!!!

Although it is geared for men, I use the Gillette Fusion ProShield Chill Men's Razorblades on my legs and underarms with a Gillette Men's shaving gel, as well. The blades get a super close shave and allow me to skip a day or two without shaving, which is great. I also don't have as many razor burns or cuts as I would normally get from other blades and gels.

Smooth shaving elite product

This is a very high technology blade that forms to your face. Close shave, no cuts, with a moisturizer attached to do the job very efficiently. Only downside is the expense. Highly recommend.

Worth it totally

love these blades and the cooling effect...the 1 blade on the back side is very cool for touch ups...blades are pricey over time but rather have great shave with quality then a bad shave with junk!!! Def. a great investment when it comes to shaving. I have tried Double Edge razors and many other blades from all companies, by far Gillette is the best!!!! I use these blades with my PROGLIDE RAZOR!!! it takes batteries yes and it vibrates but that's the point lol the vibration helps the razor grab more hairs and it does a excellent job...on top of the pro-glide is a trimmer as well... also worth the investment with these blades..I would never use a BASIC handle again!!!
