LOVE these noodles
LOVE these noodles, been buying them for a few years. The trick is to rinse them, then boil them for several minutes. Some sites say to fry them before combining with your meal but I don't think it's necessary. I've made so many different meals with them, and they're never rubbery because I cook them so well. They're very similar to ramen/spaghetti consistency when cooked a bit longer, and they take on the flavor of whatever sauce is in the meal.

"Noodles"
Don't expect your standard noodle. Instead, expect a tasty, chewy, noodle-like food too fill the empty space in your dish. I'll definitely buy these again!

this is very cool stuff. incredibly low calorie gluten-free
this is very cool stuff. incredibly low calorie gluten-free, carb-free pasta substitute that gives the feeling of eating regular grain-based pasta. both the adults and the kids in our family love this product. the only caveat is that when you open the package there is an initial fishy smell (even though it's not made of fish!!) that might put some people off. but that disappears when you rinse the pasta before cooking, so it's only a temporary issue and in no way affects the taste, which is very neutral and absorbs the flavor of whatever sauce you put on it.

Taste great with Zero Carbs
Being gluten free is a challenge to have tasty foods but this is up to par for me and it has ZERO carbs - yea! Very good texture without being rubbery that does not fall apart even when reheated. Completely satisfy my constant cravings for pasta.

I love these noodles
I love these noodles. Make sure to boil them and place them in a non-stick pan over medium heat to dry them out. I use these to replace pasta or rice for so many of my favorite dishes, since I eat Keto.

Great as Asian noodles
I like these for Asian cooking only. If you rinse the crap out of them and then take kitchen scissors and chop them up, they take on the flavor of what you’re cooking. I love for Thai and Indian or Chinese type dishes. I do not like them as a replacement for spaghetti, though. Wrong texture and flavor for that in my opinion.

Good for you
Some people may dislike the texture but if you are trying to lose weight or get away from gluten, it is a great alternative. Don't try to eat it plain. Use it as if it was pasta and don't expect it to taste like pasta. This had no flavor, so, add your favorite sauce to it and it will taste just like it. I love it and eat it out of pleasure. Light, easy, handy and healthy

Shirataki Miracle Noodles
Are good and the only complaint I have it that they are so long, so I cut them into many shorter pieces. It works.

Yummy
I eat keto and I thought I would not eat noodles again. think again. these are very good and to me taste like the real thing. couple spoons of pesto and you are good to go. These noodles are done in 1 minute! Dig in....

It's a miracle!
Although I'm fully aware it's not pasta, it satisfies my craving & it's good! Ive tried other brands and I find that miracle noodle taste & texture is the best. NOTE: I don't go bigger than the angel hair noodle because it changes in taste and texture.
