I love that these are 0 calories. You have to rinse these in water and them cook them in a sauce for at least 15min so that they are not rubbery. If they are still rubbery, just cook them in a sauce some more. Totally worth it in comparison with regular noodles. I am on a ketogenic diet and I eat these at least twice a week.

These are excellent, if prepared right, they taste like egg noodles!! Forget the instructions on the bag. 1. Drain them in a colander and rinse them well with warm water 2. Dry them in a kitchen towel. I know it sounds weird, but they need to be as dry as possible for them to taste as good as possible. Dry them by laying them on the towel and folding the towel over top. Press gently to have the towel suck up the moisture. Repeat a couple times. 3. Place noodles in non stick pan with a little butter, sizzle over medium heat for like 5 mins. (This helps remove any more moisture and gives the noodles a bit of flavor) Add sauce and stuff as normal! (or do what I do and cook the sauce + noodles together for convenience)

these truly are miracle noodles. This is not the first time I've eaten them. They are easy to prepare and cook and are a must if you are trying to cut carbs, calories, sugar and fat out of your eating regimen. They cook fast and can be seasoned to taste however you like. This is the best price I've seen for them as well. Great value, good healthy food, would recommend.

Love these noodles! So versatile. I make them both Asian and Italian style. It’s best to cook it with a lot of seasoning and sauce so that the noodles soak up the flavor. I usually cook them with meat and veggies too. My favorite are the angel hair and the fettuccini. The spinach angel hair doesn’t taste any different to me. The rice is also good, but I prefer cauliflower rice because there is flavor. Everyone complains about the smell, but just rinse them well! You don’t taste that at all. Still amazes me that they are 0 cal. I usually need two bags for one meal since they are pretty small. Make sure to note that they have A LOT of fiber.

I waited until I used these noodles a few times before writing this review. Nothing is exactly like a real carb filled noodle, but these are not bad when your are craving that type of starch and are avoiding carbs. There are a couple of necessary step to achieving success in the use of these noodles. 1) Drain and rinse the noodles, very well. There is a weird fishy odor which rinses away completely. 2) Dry your noodles before use. It is really easy to do this, simply place them in a hot, dry skillet and stir around until most of the moisture is gone. If you overcook them they will not burn, they just start shrinking and get stringy. Once you do those steps add them to your sauce and enjoy. My husband and I agree that they taste best in Asian food applications and heavy gravy (like stroganoff) We did not like them as much in tomato based sauce. Miracle noodles are now a regular part of our weekly menus.

Great noodles, contrary to other reviewers, I say it is fine with any Italian dish, from pasta to veggies , clams, sauce and meat balls, etc. Follow the instructions exactly on the package to prepare and the order will go away. Also, I kept them in boiling water a little longer and they get softer. If you are avoiding grains and or Lectins, then these noodles are for you. get use to them. be open. Dpn't let negative reviews stop you.

Love these noodles. But as mentioned before on many posts, it needs to be rinsed before cooking them. Rinse very well in a siv, let the water run through it, pick up the noodles and make sure the water washes away the water that it is packed in. When you pull it out of the bag it smells weird. After rinsing it, it is great. I put it in broth, or you can mix with soy and vegetables. Even with butter if you wish. I don't recommend you use any kind of sauce...not good! especially tomato. Other than that, they are great!

Love them!!. If the rinsing instructions are followed as it says on the label there shouldn't be any issues on the fishy smell. I personally don't mind the liquid smell in the first place, but most likely because I love seafood. This noodles are definitely a Miracle. I been doing keto for almost a year and this is the first time I can say I'm eating noodles and spaghetti with no worries of being kicked out of ketosis. I'd definitely recommend them. Unless you're vegan because of the smell. Also the noodles are technically tasteless, so there's no worries of them ruining your dish as all. :)

Being gluten free is a challenge to have tasty foods but this is up to par for me and it has ZERO carbs - yea! Very good texture without being rubbery that does not fall apart even when reheated. Completely satisfy my constant cravings for pasta.

I love these noodles. I think some of the complaints are from people who don't completely follow the directions. Regardless, I have a few tips. #1 I rinse them off COMPLETELY in a colander. I mean, think about rising them like you rinse shampoo out of your hair. Get rid of all the liquid that was in the bag. This can take several minutes. #2 I boil water in the microwave/stove top and drop my RINSED noodles into the water and walk away for 3-8 minutes. #3 In a skillet with medium heat, take your drained noodles, and heat them to get rid of all of the water in the noodles. This can take up to five minutes of lightly stirring around them around with a wooden spoon. I do not add anything to the noodles until the water is out. Then add salt/garlic, cumin, soy sauce, salsa, whatever. I've even put them into a premade soup (after I've dried them in the skillet). These are terrific, but it's important you follow the steps. Yes they smell fishy after opening the bag, but anyone who says they smell fishy while eating them, did not rinse them off.
