The kit was easy to use, i did not have any issues. Make sure that you clean all your equipment during the process as that is the biggest and most common mistake people make. Once you introduce any wild yest or other bacteria the batch can be thrown away.

This is Grigio, not Noir

Not much for white wine but this is excellent. Mistakenly ordered Grigio instead of Noir, but decided to try it anyway. Turned out great.

4 weeks for wine is great!

I am 2 weeks into making the Pinot Grigio. Shipping was fast, instructions are clear and simple. I will say the SG is showing to have high alcohol content at this point. I will start degassing wine in a few days. I'm excited to see how it turns out. 4 weeks for wine is great!

Another great wine.

Husband loves this wine and says it doesn't get any better...of course he has said that about 2 other ones. But really like this wine..waited until finished and bottled before I would submit this. It is a very nice wine and will be using for nieces wedding. After I racked it the second time I put in a 5 1/2 gallon carboy and didn't have to add anything to make up the extra head space which I think helped make it so good.

Received a completed kit. All the required ingredients to make wine were including except for the normal brewing equipment. I mixed up kit and is still fermenting. I will update after taste of first bottle.

Easy directions, great taste!

Easy directions, included peel and stick labels. Cleared nicely. Great color. Bottled last week. Had to taste a bottle, suspect will get even better after a few months in the wine cellar. Would make this again!!
