Must-Have for Small Children

Having a child who is vertically challenged requires stools, extenders, and all sorts of things to help the little stubborn, independent one gain reach and achieve success without being dependent on others. Thankfully, this helps the water get to those tiny hands without the frustration of needing assistance. I love that it's easy all the way around -- installation, detachment, cleaning, and use. We all couldn't be happier with the product thus far.

Fits bath tub too

Works just as intended. The yellow or clear scoop portion pops out very easily of the silicon crab portion which makes installation a breeze. It doesn't pop out too easily (or accidentally) so that's not a problem. We used one for the bathtub, as we have a baby tub that doesn't reach our bath faucet (see pic) and this scoots the water out exactly far enough to fill our baby tub. It did take a little extra squishing to get it onto the bath faucet initially, but I didn't have to cut or alter the piece at all.

These are awesome for making sure your dirty kid washes their hands! My son stands on and step stool but still struggles to reach the water to wash his hands. Well not anymore! We used one on our faucet downstairs in the bathroom and one in the common bathroom upstairs. These are easy to put on and take off. When we have company we take them off of the faucet downstairs in the common bathroom. The yellow extender piece is a hard plastic and the colorful pieces are rubber. The yellow extender piece simply slides right into the rubber and in our situation you can move the rubber piece on the faucet to adjust where you want the water to come out. These have achieved exactly what we were looking for.

These are exactly what we needed for our potty-training toddler. Our faucets are mounted near the edge of the bowl and every time my toddler would wash her hands, the water would splash out onto the surrounding sink area because of the way she holds her hands. This eliminated the problem for us.

Works great, & fun too!

Washing our hands after potty time was always a bit of a struggle as rinsing our hands was a little bit of a stretch, even being on a stool. But now, my daughter likes to wash her hands with her new bear. We've even made it fun by putting the blue bear on one sink and the pink one on the other. So now it's not a question of "do you want to wash your hands", now it's "so do you want the pink bear or the blue bear". Heck, I even find myself using it as most bathroom faucets have too short of a neck, unless you pay lots of money for one.

Cute and very functional!

These faucet extenders are great. My 21 month old granddaughter loves the independence of pulling up her stool and washing her hands all by herself. They are easy to attach to the faucet. No tools; they just slip into place. Remove the yellow extender or else the entire device when not needed. They arrived on time and in good shape in an easy-to-open package. An excellent purchase!

Brilliant. Wish I had thought of it a year ago.

These are one of the best purchases I have made as far as the convenience to cost ratio is concerned. I put them in my kids' stockings and they were excited to try them out. The excitement died down pretty quickly but now when I go places without a faucet extender I really really miss them. I have considered putting one in my purse to use in public restrooms. I have a bad back and stooping over to lift a squirming toddler up to the sink and assist them with hand-washing really isn't on my list of favorite things to do. With these on the sinks all I do is turn the faucet on for them and put the soap where they can reach it and we're in business. They're easy to keep clean because they come apart into 2 pieces. I'm not sure if they're dishwasher safe or not but I threw caution into the wind and put one on my top rack and it came out fine. I would absolutely recommend these to other parents who are tired of either doing the lift and wash with their toddlers or struggle to find a stool tall enough that won't tip over easily and doesn't take up too much room.

Exactly as decribed and work great! I was worried that it might not work on our facet but it fits perfectly.

Good at doing what they're designed to do.

My husband bought these for our two year old. You slide them onto your faucet and it extends the flow of water out several inches so that it's easier for tiny arms to reach. I can't imagine these working for new, stylish faucets. I don't think this is a necessity for homes with little children. My daughter can't reach the knobs to turn the water on so this doesn't really help make her more independent while going potty. That's probably a good thing though because well.. she's 2 and I don't want water damage lol. This would probably be good for moms with bad backs. No more picking toddlers up to wash their hands. My daughter also uses this to rinse her mouth after brushing her teeth. The only con is that these are so colorful. Sort of ruins the aesthetic of my bathrooms.

Works great and so easy to install.

Love these! My daughter loves that the water is not at her reach. These little extenders are made of a soft rubber so when the kids touch it, it doesn't pop off the sink. Fit our sink perfectly. The colors are fun for her - I shopped more for functionality than look, but I do wish there was something that matched my bathroom a bit better. The only thing I am waiting to see is how long it keeps up with the demand. Will post again in a few months to report any leak issues or mildew growth, but I'm hoping to come back with a positive result. :)
