Love having the safety net!

This will be the third ice maker my family has purchased in the past 5 years. (The first two were different brands.) But we have not had one last more than a year and a half so when I found such a great deal on this machine, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to include a warranty. Just knowing we have the "safety net" if the machine were to have problems is a huge relief as the machines are not super cheap.
