This stuff is pretty darn great. I was expecting it to be NOTHING like actual soy sauce, but it has enough salty/savory flavor that it makes a great substitute. MUCH lower sodium and is a big help during my clean-eating phases. The straight Aminos is kinda like a very light ponzu sauce. The teriyaki is tasty, but a little bit higher in sodium. The garlic sauce is also good. They give me some variety and versatility. Great stuff.

These are SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! Especially the garlic sauce. It compares to the Braggs Coconut aminos. They are soy-free and will work well with recipes that call for the soy version. I am extremely pleased with this product!! I will buy them again, FER SURE!

Bought these to cook for friends with gluten/sodium issues and now I’m a complete convert. I use these anytime I’d normally go for soy or teriyaki and even sometimes use them with oil for a salad dressing.

A game changer for the Whole 30 or paleo diet! I want this stuff in jugs!

My wife and I have been using coconut aminos for years and this is the first time I have tried the garlic and teriyaki sauces. I'm impressed! I put the garlic sauce on pork chops and cooked them in a skillet. It was delish! I used the teriyaki on some short ribs...need I say more? These are great! Enjoy!

Was turned on to these sauces by a nutritionist. I have used the coconut aminos as an alternative to soy sauce. The Teriyaki Sauce is an excellent marinade for chicken. The Garlic Sauce (if I may have a favorite among the three) is great in stir fries, and also for dipping sushi. I add a little wasabi and oh my!

I have cut all soy products out of my diet and these are a great way to get soy sauce flavors without the phytoestrogens.

I love the flavors of all three of these. So much healthier than the real soy alternatives. Don't be fooled by the "coconut" in the name. I don't find any coconut flavor to them. I asked my cousin (who hates coconut) to try them and she did not detect coconut flavor either. There are on my permanent grocery list from now on.

These are good if you are low carb or have wheat allergies. Good taste. Not exactly like soy, but still excellent tasting. The Garlic and Teriyaki are also very good also. They do have a bit more carbs though;2g and 7g per serving.
