I've had these towels for 8 months now and would absolutely repurchase them.* We don't use paper towels and these are great for cleaning up messes. They have stained a bit but I also haven't done anything to prevent stains and I haven't bleached them. They haven't accumulated any holes or tears, despite using them often. They're absorbent but not bulky. I like the loop for hanging them as I like to rinse them out after using then hang to dry before putting in the laundry (to prevent mold). None of these towels (I have 9) have molded nor started to smell strange. *These cost $4.49 in April but now cost $10.17. I would buy them again but not for $10.

Just purchased another set of these. This is the ONLY dish cloth I have found that doesn't take on that "foul mildew odor" that all my other dish cloths do. (I know LOTS of people often complain about that particular odor that overtakes their dish clothes as I've researched that problem online myself. Sometimes that icky odor is even present after laundering.) Well, Not this one! I've used these for a long time and I have not once experienced that icky odor. They wash up very well. I did find, however, that if put in the clothes dryer, they do tend to shrink some. So now I just dry them on my clothes line.

I bought two sets three years ago. I wash them with my clothes and I use natural fabric softeners (Seventh Generation) - not the popular petroleum based ones. When they start to get dingy or smelly, I just throw them in with my whites - hot water and bleach - and they come out clean and fresh. The instructions say cold water and no bleach, but I probably bleach them once a month anyway. If I didn't, I probably would have thrown them out two years ago. I don't put them in the dryer. I am planning on moving in a year and that is when I am planning on purchasing more of these.

These dishhclothes are fantastic. I just ordered another pack of them to have some extras. I originally bought them to have a quick clean up towel to wipe up wet areas around the sink and kitchen prep. But we have also been using them to wash the dishes (bonus: they dry quickly) as well as on top of the tea kettle when hot. Couldn't be more pleased! Advice: Throw them in the wash (no fabric softener!) before the first use so they become more absorbent.

I was hesitant to buy these b/c someone said they smell and I think I read NOT to wash them in the washing machine. I used 1 rag first to test them. It was washed in the washing machine, used several times and then washing again. Not once was there an odor. I have a super sensitive nose so I definitely would have noticed. FYI: I use eco dish detergent and laundry products, it was rinsed out very well after use and I would ring it dry until no more water dripped out and then hang it to air dry. Happy washing!

These are great and I will definitely purchase again when mine wear out! They are pretty thin, but not wimpy. They work as well as terry cloth dish cloths, which are not always easy to find. The scrubbing loops do get caught on the tips of sharp knives occasionally - that's a small negative in an otherwise great product. Also, note that the colors are brighter than pictured.

I use these mostly for finishing off the cleaning of my glass top stove. They do a better job than a sponge. They also clean the granite countertops better than a sponge.

I love these, and use them for dishes every day. The woven side works really well for getting stuck on food off of dishes, and I love that I can toss them in the wash when they get stained, or smelly. I try to avoid sponges as I no longer have a dishwasher to disinfect them. You can use tide with bleach alternative on them to keep them bright.

I love these cloths! Just the right size for wiping up counter tops, etc. not too thick, not too thin. Has just enough texture too. Love the colors and patterns. Got a set for the kitchen and another for the bathroom. I've washed them many times and they still look great.

So far these are the best I have purchased anywhere. I purchased another package from another vendor at the same time and though the others were colorful and pretty these are a bit softer than the others so I am prefering these. These are also very well made and do have a fun threading design in them which perks them up with a bit of fun. They clean well, wash well and hoping they reach a desired softness after several washings. Not that these are rough or stiff, I just have an old one that is so soft I wish I could duplicate it........it is just a dish cloth I am sure I will get over it...lol
