Good niche lamp

Bought two of these inexpensive little lamps and they are better than I expected. Got the silver because they are all metal-no plastic and they look good and work well at four light settings (yellow and white light, high and low). Also, so far they stay put as we adjust the arms and the pivoting lamp heads. We put them on our headboard and now can read while the other sleeps with no light in our eyes.

Excellent value for the price

This is a quality product. Excellent value for the price. I am a photographer and wanted a lower cost way to highlight some of my large images. I also loved the option to switch from a cool to warm white balance. Very flexible neck to be able to point to the spot on the canvas print. I've attached a photo taken with my phone of how I used one of these to highlight the sun setting in the image. Obviously it can also be used for a desk lamp but I am impressed with the quality.

Fantastic little clip-on light

This clip-on lamp turned out to be just what I needed. It has a very firm clip and it holds on perfectly to my lap desk, which I keep my laptop on. I use that lap desk all day long and the light never budges. I also like the 4 different light settings; warm low, warm high, cool low, and cool high. The cool high setting will allow you to see anything you need a bright light for. The warm setting is a little easier to live with on a regular basis, but the bright light is there when I need it. This lamp is great; now I can see to write and do artwork without disturbing my hubby when he is sleeping in his recliner. I don't need a big overhead light; this one is better! I highly recommend it.

Ideal Purchase For My Needs.

I work from home and bought this to clip onto my computer monitor. It's exactly what I wanted. I can aim the light directly onto the keyboard and paperwork in front of me. The angle is easy to adjust, I can use the light on different settings though I tend to use it at its brightest, it's unobtrusive (my office furniture and decor is antique) and I don't have to light up the whole room on a slightly cloudy day just to see what's in front of me on my desk. The clip is very strong and sturdy and I have no worries about this shifting or sliding. Ideal purchase for my needs.

An Unexpected Pleasant Surprise

I was not expecting much of this product. I just needed a lamp beside my bed that didn't need to be on my night stand. I decided to get this because it looked like what I needed. I am very pleasantly surprised. The neck part that moves around is very sturdy and not flimsy. The clip works very well and does not slide off. And the light part is not hot to the touch. I didn't know that would not be hot so I was happy. The light is bright, too, to read in the dark. I would buy this again. I rarely write reviews, but this purchase I was really happy with.

Well made light for the price excellent lighting 4 different shade of lights

This lamp is built every well the clamp is very strong. The lamp light has two different colors lights . One is very crisp and can be very bright light to work on something small and the same light shade can be softer to read by then you have a yellowish shade light it very easy on your eyes it had a bright and a lower shade very easy on the eyes to read before bed I use it to read before I go to bed it’s not so bright that it will keep you awake. We have enjoyed the set we put on our bed we are planning on giving a set to my son and his wife as a wedding gift.one for my teenage son that wants one to read by for Christmas.the craftsmen ship on the light far out did my expectations of them well made lamps and as for the review of them get so hot i have not felt anything as hot as the photo I seen they are worm to the touch but not burn you they have never gotten that hot and I have Used them as back lightning as we watch tv for long period of time hours

Great adjustable lamp!

awesome light. we have it under a loft bed and have just ordered another for the top bunk. love the two levels of light, easy to use, doesn't get hot to the touch. it comes with a soft pad to put under the clip so it doesn't damage whatever you at attaching it to. feels secure and the adjustable neck holds well in position. super happy with this purchase!
