This stuff is delicious! I'm usually kind of a whimp when it comes to spicy, but for some reason I can't get enough of the flavors they've used. Pretty much tastes good with anything. I originally bought it for my boyfriend who can handle anything spicy, and now we basically share it haha.

A friend recommended this to me, and while I was initially turned off by the price, I waited until I had an Amazon gift card to give it a try so I wouldn't be out any cash if I didn't like it. Fortunately, that didn't turn out to be the case - now I just have to worry about not blowing through the whole bottle super fast! I think what really sets this sauce off is the hint of sweetness that you get before the heat kicks in, creating a good balance that pairs nicely with a lot of different types of foods (southern fried chicken tacos have been my favorite thus far). Long story short, this is definitely one of the best sriracha variants I've ever had. Although I still think it is a little overpriced, I highly recommend it!

I purchased this for my SO who is a chef. He absolutely loves this stuff. I cannot handle ANY heat (pepper can be overwhelming) but I tried a drop. Until the heat kicked it I can say even I really liked the flavor, and honestly the heat wasn't that bad. I don't like having a tingly tongue but I would say the average person would really like this. He even said he was going to be stingy with it to make it last (as if I wouldn't buy him more...the silly man). I bought another bottle for his Mom for Christmas. I have a feeling I will be back for more for both of them.

Many sauces have good names that hide an ordinary product. Weak Knees Siracha Sauces is one whose memorable name marks a great product. In fact, the name may not really capture what is great about the sauce. It isn't heat—though it is hot enough. it is flavor. Weak Knees is simply the best tasting Siracha sauce I have ever sampled. Don't buy it if you are looking for a test of fortitude: there are hotter sauces. But if you are looking for a hot sauce that compliments, enhances, improves the dish on which you put it, Weak Knees if your best choice.

I’ve had a multitude of different types of “sriracha” hot sauces and nothing has ever come close to the umami flavor that the “rooster” in my personal opinion....until NOW!!!! This sriracha is amaaazing. The flavor profile is so unique and full of umami flavors: yet perfectly melds with the couple dishes I’ve tried it with so far. I’ve never loved another “sriracha” until I tried Bushwick Gochujang....you got to try it!!!!

I've been on a gochujang kick ever since trying a limited release gochujang put out by Whole Foods. I loved the way that one tasted, but alas, when I went back to Whole Foods to buy more, the one I tried was gone forever. So then I turned to Amazon. One gochujang sauce after another, and none compared to the Whole Foods version until I tried Weak Knees. This one is by far the tastiest of them all. It's not too hot, very flavorful, good on everything, and doesn't have an alcoholy aftertaste.

Delicious! If you love sriracha, this fermented version kicks the flavor up a notch. Weak Knees has a total game changer here. I definitely want to try some more of their products.

On its own I notice a grainy texture, which I found very different from other Sriracha sauces, but common in Gochujang pastes, but that was quickly faded by its flavor, a rush of sweetness, and very subtle vinegar ending. There is nothing "weak knees about it" on a scale from 1-10 I would give the heat level a 2 maybe a 3. It a perfect complement for almost any food. The grainy texture is unnoticed when mixed with cooked foods. Its subtle heat, mixed with its sweet and vinegary flavor profiles, do not over power any dish. It is a true complement helping enhance the most blandest of meals. My go to Sriracha for now. It is also my go to Gochujang paste for now. I've marinated meats and used this as a base for soups; mixing some in while sweating the aromatics. True flavor enhancer.

This sauce is a game changer for breakfast. Like other reviewers note, the combination of the sweetness and the spice is just divine with eggs, cheese, and a nice piece of toast in the morning. Another favorite I’ve discovered is pairing a grilled ham-and-cheese with this stuff: shut the front door, it’s phenomenal. My only complaint (and I’m still giving it five stars!) is that the bottle is too small. I’d love a 20 oz bottle so I didn’t have to be ordering quite so many of these all the time.

Incredible. You get the gochujang kick right away, followed by a tang and sweetness with the Sriracha flavor at the end. It's not completely smooth. Has a soft grit to it that is appealing. It's completely addicting and might be my new favorite Sriracha sauce. It's not as spicy as the typical Sriracha but the heat sneaks up on you. Wonderful sauce. Only complaint is that it's only a 10 Oz bottle.
