These flashcards were exactly what my son needed to really hone his multiplication skills. They are sturdy and easy to organize with the two rings provided. We put them all on one ring and then, with practice, as my son was clearly grasping certain "number families" we moved them to the second ring as a visual achievement of being DONE. Eventually, the original ring got smaller and smaller as he mastered his multiplication facts. GREAT PRODUCT!

MEMORIZE MULTIPLICATION

I am a firm beleiver in memorizing mulitiplication as a life skill in the real world!! My sons was using some cheat sheet he was given and that was not acceptable to me. He then had problems with division because he couldnt do the multiplication. These cards solved that problem for US. Sons Math grade has improved greatly and his math confidence is improving.! Multiplication is a foundation for more complicated math skills and he was lacking . We went through the deck many times and began pulling out the cards he had difficulty with & put ( easy/already knows) other cards back in box. He memorized ALL of them and now loves math!!!

Sturdy, complete set - perfect

You wouldn't think it would be hard to find good quality flash cards, but it is. Most of the other sets are flimsy, see-through, and don't give you a complete set. Sure, 8x2 is the same as 2x8, but you don't want to have to hunt down missing cards every time you work on a different number set with your child - and your child needs to see that 8x2 is the same as 2x8. This set is exactly what I would make if I took the time to do it myself. Very pleased.

The Best Multiplication Flash Cards

Excellent flash cards. These flash cards are really good. They are sturdy, grime resistant and come with two large rings, which allow for keeping the mastered cards and the cards that need work separate. There is a unique card for each possible combination of numbers from 0 through 12 (e.g. both 6x8 and 8x6 are included). These are really good for both the person being drilled and the person who is doing the drilling since each card has one side with the answer and the opposite side with a blank spot where the answer would go. This is helpful to me since the answers are in large print and it spares me wearing my reading glasses.

I'm glad I purchased these for 3 specific reasons

I searched around for quality flash cards, not really knowing there were many differences in various flash-card products. I'm glad I purchased these for 3 specific reasons: 1) these include all the multiplication facts and are not a subset like some others; take note of the number of cards when you are looking around, fewer is not better. 2) the cards are sturdy and not see-through, and do not have any visual distractions like small notations of another problem on the back shown in one of the top corners. 3) the rings and punch holes, although noting flash cards won't fit in the box when using them, are helpful to organize the tables that we are working on from those that we have not introduced yet. Overall, these cards turned out to be a good purchase for my child and we have used them frequently over the last few weeks.

High Quality - The BEST Multiplication Flash Cards I've Seen

These flash cards are absolutely the best. Very high quality and exactly what I wanted so they'll stand the test of time using them over and over again. No bending or creasing like you get with low quality (thin) cards. These are thick and "school grade" so they hold up very well. The rings are also excellent so the cards don't get lost or misplaced.

These are exactly what I was looking for! My third grade is learning his times tables but our old flash cards did not allow him to work independently because they had different math facts on each side and the facts would get jumbled between those he'd been taught and those he hadn't learned yet, leading him to be unable to work independently. These flash cards are perfect! I went though and sorted them to those he knows (1's, 2's, 5's, 10's)and was able to easily shuffle them and mix them up. They have the equations both ways (as pictured). And the back has the equation and the answer. The ring is big and sturdy and will hold the cards well. The cards are high quality and the answer does not shine through - even when I held it up to light.

These were on a school supply list and of course- either none to be had in the store or a picked over cheap- would never make the school year product- was what was available. Soooo glad I found these on Amazon. They are a very high quality and the ring makes it so the cards stay together and not fly around inside of the desk. Also easy to flip through for drills. If you prefer keeping the cards in the box, you will not be using the ring as the cards will not fit back in the box when using the ring. The ring is easy to manipulate and is also of good quality. As the child I bought for would most likely never get the cards back in the box, they are using the ring. Is a nice sturdy box, so I will be using it for something else. Lol.

Great for my 7 year old!

My son is 7 years old and currently in the 2nd grade. We have been working on multiplication for a few months now using the Kumon Math books. I wanted for my son to get better at memorizing his tables so that we can work on division by the summer. I LOVE these cards. You can't see through the card, which makes it harder to cheat 😉. I love how I can pick and choose what cards go on the ring for us to study. These cards are durable and this ring is such a HUGE HELP! Next week we will start timing how fast he can go. I DEFINITELY recommend these and plan on purchasing the division ones as a supplement to the Kumon program during the summer! This is just an amazing resource.

Contains all combinations up to 12

We already had multiplication flash cards but I was disappointed to discover there were missing combinations. This set contains all combinations. I have my 9 year old practice with me for 5 minutes each day to improve his multiplication tables. I started out with all of the number sets, 0 to 12, in order. When he was able to do those well I shuffled the cards and we repeated the process of 5 minutes per day. Finally he had some numbers that kept tripping him up so I reduced the cards we were using to just those numbers. Not only do the multiplication cards improve his multiplication but it has also helped improve his addition and division too.
