Make great boiled eggs in pressure cooker

I cook "boiled" eggs in a 2.5 qt pressure cooker placed on a rack with about 1 1/2 cups of water. I place the eggs direct from the refrigerator into the pressure cooker, and pressure on high for about 6 minutes. After about 6 minutes, I do a quick release of pressure, and place the eggs in ice water. So far all the eggs are very easy to peal, taste great and there is no discoloration around the yoke. I also use for frying, baking, etc.

I have a sensitivity to some eggs, so I usually buy Eggland's Best when I go to the grocery store. I've tried two other brands from Fresh, and Happy Belly is definitely the best of the three and I would say comparable to Eggland's.

GREAT organic farm raised eggs

GREAT organic farm raised eggs. They taste very fresh and have that nice deep color yolk, so you know there are a lot of nutrients. I've ordered these twice now and they will be part of my regular Fresh purchase.

I love the Amazon brand of eggs

I love the Amazon brand of eggs. First, they're large, second, they're white. I don't know if you've noticed but brown eggs are harder to crack than white eggs. I have a couple dozen added to each weekly order. Good price, good product, what more could a person ask?

My favorite eggs

Never had any issues with these. Delicious and cheap and can’t beat the price. Did I mention they’re cheap? I’m hesitant to write this review because I’m afraid suddenly everyone will buy these and sales will improve so much that AmazonFresh will no longer put a coupon on them. Or maybe as demand increases price will decrease. I’m truly hoping that if anything changes, it’s the latter. Even though it’s already super inexpensive.

Never had a problem with these eggs

The cost is comparable to other brands. They don't come in styrofoam which is good. Sometimes, they are offered on sale, too. Good eggs.

I am glad to report that all eggs arrived in perfect condition. I can't say that I noticed anything different in taste, but I can make a few chickens happier, why not!

Best Eggs I've Ever Had-Consistent Quality

I am super picky about eggs. I want them to be perfect and with other brands often times they are not. I will now ONLY buy Happy Belly because the eggs are always perfect-very high quality. I buy them weekly and have always been 100% happy.
