I had lost hope

That I won't be able to mount my monitors on a mount the correct way. VESA Fits perfectly with my 2 Acer R240HY (23.8-Inch)' monitors now. Very durable and with the right monitor mount stand VESA mount can handle the weight of my monitors.

It works!

Required adapter to hang a few different monitor models off of the wall or a monitor stand. Monitor slides right on and stays in place. The adapter does cause a tight fit for the DVI connector I am using on my monitor due to the hole placement, but it isn't a show stopping issue. The HDMI connector I am using on the 2nd monitor fit without any problems.

Great option for non-VESA Acer R240HY

I bought this for my new Acer R240HY monitor. This bracket is great. My one concern was that it would be in the way of my video connections based on where the inputs lie on the back of the monitor. There was enough space for my VGA connection and HDMI connection with no problem.

Nice adapter

Adapter was easy to install and fit my monitor nicely (R240HY). I got 2 (for mounting on a dual monitor stand) and both were solid adapter mounts, solid metal and easily strong enough to hold the monitors. There is a little play (forward and back) in the monitor on the mount, but once it is secured on the stand and adjusted to where I wanted it, it was fine and didn't move. You might get a tiny wobble if the desk gets bumped, but it's not a problem for me. I might buy a VESA compatible monitor in the future, but since I already had two R240HYs, it was a no-brainer to buy these adapters . Getting this monitor plus the adapter is still cheaper than some comparable monitors with VESA mounts.

Perfect fit. Holds both of my 2560 x 1440 ...

Perfect fit. Holds both of my 2560 x 1440 Acer G257HU monitors on my VIVO dual monitor stand perfectly. No issues. I don't feel like you could safely use these in a portrait position because there is nothing to fasten the monitor down. However, it is very sturdy with the monitor otherwise. I wouldn't have been able to setup my monitors with a VESA mount without them. I also don't notice any vibration or shaking of the monitors unless the desk is moved in some way. They usually sit perfectly still. I highly recommend.

Works great; I have a vertical-monitor setup

These are working very well for me. I have a couple Acer G257HU 25" screens. This adapter easily and snugly replaces the mount that came with each monitor. I have them mounted and positioned vertically: one is at 90 degrees, the other at 270. You'll definitely want to be gentle when mounting and positioning, being careful to apply torque on the mount, itself, and not on the screen. Other than that, they only wobble as much as my standing desk! A week in -- good to go.

Metal frame and fits perfectly

Well made and heavy metal product, that is fairly straightforward to install. Not really sure why they even bother with the 'support arm', as it does nothing for my monitor stand. I had an issue with one of 3 of these that I ordered, but the company quickly shipped me a replacement, so I cannot complain.

Up and Away.

We were adding a new ultrawide monitor to a two Acer monitor setup we had - but wanted to place the Acers above the new one. No VESA mounting on the Acer's (which also required two new desk mounts to get them up where they needed to go). Enter the VESA Mount Adapter Bracket for Acer Monitors from HumanCentric. The brackets attach in the same fashion as the original stand, once removed, but remain flush with the bottom of the monitor thereby keeping a very clean profile. Sturdy, well made, problem solved. Just order the unit for your Acer model.

Does exactly as expected for Acer G257HU

I have the Acer G257HU and was looking to VESA mount it to a stand and this worked perfectly. Came with the unit that slides and clicks into the back of the monitor and then 4 screws to go into the mount itself. The only slight knock is that it does make plugging in my displayport cable a bit awkward, but the hole in the back almost aligns perfectly with it, so it does work.

I purchased 2 monitors, and needed a VESA adapter so I could mount them side-by-side. This adapter fits the mounting hole just like the factory table stand mount. Yes, this mount even allows you to rotate your monitor into a vertical position, while still holding secure. I have 1 of my monitors vertical, and the other horizontal; all you have to do is literally turn the monitor 90°, and it stays. This does come with a stabilization piece that mounts between the adapter and monitor, by using adhesive to stick to the back of the monitor - this is an important part, as it helps to keep the monitor from wiggling; especially when you have your monitor in a vertical position.
