I've been using this pan for some time now. Love, Love, Love it! It is a "searing" pan and lives up to that claim. I can brown and/or caramelize food quickly and the short handles allow me to utilize all of the burners on the stove at once...I often cook for a crowd...:) Thank you!!!

I am no stranger to high quality cookware. This is an ideal pan for sautéing or making breakfast. It does take a bit longer to heat up than my 5-ply 18/10 Stainless pans, but that's not a big deal. I take great care of it because I love it so much. I never use heat higher than medium high on the stovetop, I only use silicone utensils, and it's strictly hand washed. Yes, the manual says you can use metal utensils with it and it's dishwasher safe, but I've never known a non-stick pan that didn't scratch while using metal. Also, many dishwashing detergents have lemon or some other corrosive ingredient in in that will for sure wear away at the pan's coating. So, I'll stick with hand washing. I'd definitely recommend this pan.

One of my favorite things about this pan is that it has two handles instead of one long one, so it fits nicely in my cupboard. I use it for everything! It is scratch resistant, easy to clean, and even on an electric stove the heat seems to be evenly distributed and it comes with a lid! I have one of these in our home up north, I used it all the time. Instead of hauling it back-and-forth to our home down here, I ordered another one. Great decision!

It’s HEAVY. Even the lid is heavy. And the handles get very hot very quickly. I burned my finger the first time I tried to touch it. Lesson learned, won’t try to move it without a hot pad from now on. But I love it anyways. Excellent quality. I always make sure to spread a dot of olive oil around with a paper napkin or towel before each use. Keeps non stick in great shape.

I love this pan, and Calphalon pans in general. I have six—8”, 10”, and 12” sizes, two of these pans are almost 30 year old; they’re well-seasoned and still look very nice. I do, however, take excellent care of all of my cookware. The Everyday pan is convenient because of the two short handles. Not as heavy as the 12” Unison or the 12” Signature pans. I bought the Everyday Pan because of the great price. It was labeled as ‘used,’ but only the box was very slightly damaged. As was described, the pan was in excellent, never-used condition. A great buy at $45.99, and I would buy from that seller again. The Everyday pan heats evenly and cleans up nicely. I do not put my Calphalon pans in the dishwasher because they do clean up very easily. I’ve only used the pan twice, so far—a cheesy cream-sauce shrimp and spinach bow-tie pasta dish, and a stir-fry variation of a Filipino pancit (like lo mein) dish. They cooked up excellently with even heat distribution, no sticking, no burning. I like that I could place the pan on a hot plate/trivet directly on the dining table and serve the meal from the pan. It works and looks very nicely as a serving container without a long awkward handle in the way.

i love the surface and the way it heats (ceramic stove top) the short handles means it fits in my wall oven ... but on my electric stovetop the handles get HOT ... it is hard to handle because of the short handles ... it's a swap fit in oven or long handle ... My hubby hit this with water after it was on a hot stovetop and it warped... I got a calphalon classic pan to replace it as it was on sale and it's not the same at all... Hot handles and all I miss this pan...I have a complete set of green pans but I would love a complete set of the Signature line ... at the end of the day this was my fav. pan ever. HANDLES GET HOT - i just cut a silicone round hot thing in 2 and pick up the pan with them. used daily for everything (and i cook a LOT) and saute a TON... best pan i've owned.

Pan arrived on time in very good packaging. I am a semi-pro cook, and after numerous uses through this past holiday season, I can say I am absolutely delighted by the heat-spreading quality of this pan. I have an electric stove, and this pan worked absolutely fantastic! Definitely Highly Recommended !! Will buy again as gifts for relatives.

I bought this as a "like new" item, where only the box was claimed to have some damage. Let's just say the price was so attractive that I could not pass it by. Upon receiving it, the item inside was indeed brand new! I just used it for the first time last night and dinner was a success. I have an original everyday pan without the non-stick and I am happy to say that this one feels just as sturdy as my original, which is 15 years old now. I am slowly upgrading my Calphalon pieces to the Signature series and have been pleased with the quality thus far. The only minor thing I don't care for is that the handles are not isolated from the heat. I have another Calphalon (not a Signature) which has small slots cut in the handles near the side of the pot, and the handles actually stay comfortable enough to touch even after being on the stove for a while. But as for build quality? No problems here!

My 10" Calphalon sauté gave up the ghost, and I discovered this particular one is not available. I already have a 12" fry pan but decided to give this a try. I've had it a month and I love it. The handles were the big sell for me; they give more working room on the stove.

I like everyday pans because of the short handles. They're so much easier to store. This one is very well made, and I'm sure I will enjoy using it. I love that it's oven safe to 500 deg. F but is not made of rust-prone cast iron.
