Worth the higher price, THE BEST
I've tried MULTIPLE types of nursing pads and these are definitely the best. 5 months into nursing and I still wear nursing pads, so it's important that they are comfortable, and flattering. A lot of brands are lumpy or scratchy, or you have to replace them multiple times a day. These are AMAZING. They last all day, they are so soft, and they are discreet. I never use the sticker things on the inside, so I can't comment on that. They have a higher price than most, but you also won't go through as many as a lot of other kinds.

Excellent!
I'm a first-time breastfeeding mom... I'm still in my first two weeks... I'm so glad that I got the night time version of these for heavy leaks because it turns out that I'm a huge producer like my mother before me lol! These things can really hold a lot. It took me a little bit to figure out how to get them to stick okay and place them right But they seem like a quality item. A must have! I try to wipe off any drips with a clean burp blocks and then let my nipples air dry because breast milk is antibacterial and soothing for your nipples... once a dry I can put my nursing tank or bra back in place. I haven't had any trouble with these pads.

best for overactive let down / high supply
I made the mistake of using the regular lansinoh pads and they would get soaked through during a feed (mostly the unused breast) so my bras kept getting leaked on. Its hard to get breastmilk out and its a hassle with a little babe. If you leak a lot use these. My son got thrush so I started switching my pads out before AND after feeds. Letting the moisture stay on the breast will promote thrush and make it hard to get rid of. Now I only need these high aborbency ones at night when feeds are 4+ hours apart.

These nursing pads are super absorbent, and soft on tender breasts
A must have for a nursing mom. I fully intended to use reusable bamboo nursing pads, but I leaked right through those every time. I ended up buying these and have used them everyday since I had my daughter three months ago and they are a life saver. I tried to go cheap once with the CVS-brand ones and I regretted it. These nursing pads are super absorbent, and soft on tender breasts. Even though the backing is plastic, they are not scratchy at all. I don't tend to use the adhesive on the back, but when I have it worked very well. Highly recommend.

I've been using these almost exclusively for 10 months so I don't know how other pads work but these have been amazing. No leaks unless they somehow get dislodged
I'm big-busted and tend toward oversupply. I've been using these almost exclusively for 10 months so I don't know how other pads work but these have been amazing. No leaks unless they somehow get dislodged. I rarely need to use the adhesive (but it probably would have prevented the occasional dislodging.) I am truly impressed by how much they can hold when they ARE put to the test (forgot pump, pump battery ran out, surprise let-down on hour two of a 12-hour shift etc.) I have never noticed any appreciable outline of the pad through my shirts but it should be noted that I rarely wear thin/sheer blouses so I don't know if it would show through those. My job requires a lot of upper body movement and they usually stay put. Ultimately, I highly recommend these pads.

MY FAVORITE over other disposables & cloth
My favorite. I was gifted a bunch of pads of all brands, disposable and cloth/reusable alike. These are the best because they're the only ones that actually absorb any leakage and don't stick to me. The others I always had to peel off even the slightest bit and it would HURT. The cloth didn't stick as bad but always just had this wetness to them. My little one is 11 weeks old and these will be what I buy other new mamas.

Went from reusable/washable to disposable
I normally love reusable breast pads, but after the birth of my second child I was leaking like CRAZY and I had to change them out multiple times a day & night or I leaked through... I always felt like they were wet. It was uncomfortable. I decided I needed to go in for the big guns and I ordered these. WOW. What a difference. I can comfortably wear one pair all day and they don't feel damp against my skin, and no leaks! Most people seem to switch from disposable to reusable, but I did the opposite. I love these. They are thin, don't really show through any clothes...no complaints at all. Now that things seems to have evened out a bit at 2.5 months post partum, I'm not sure I'll still be purchasing/needing them, but they got me through the crazy leaking phase for sure!

BUY THESE! They are amazing!
I tried multiple other nursing pads before this one and can't go back! These are comfortable even after wearing them and leaking in them all day! I am going to buy these for the next baby shower (where I know the mom is breastfeeding) because they are that amazing I I want to share how awesome they are! I leak A LOT and They are the most absorbent things ever! BUY THESE if you are breastfeeding! my only complaint is the amount of packaging they are in. do they each need to be individually wrapped and have papers over the sticky parts?

Pleasantly surprised
I didn't think I would like these as much as I do! I originally bought these to only use overnight. But since they do not show under clothing, they are great for day use, too. Plus the adhesive on the backs keep the pads from shifting inside your bra. I also bought some washable nursing pads, which are super comfy and work great- but those are pretty bulky an definitely show underneath bras and shirts. And while the bamboo pads are super plush and comfy, I experience no discomfort with these- even in those most tender first days of breastfeeding. I now use the bamboo for overnights and these for day-use. Highly recommend!

Sleepy Mom's Can't get Backwards
Love these cuz of the cone shape that contours to my boobs instead of the flat thick ones I used to use. These are thin but absorbent. I also love the blue square. When I was feeding at night with the other nursing pads I accidentally put them on sticky side to breast. Waking up to realize I put my nursing pad on backwards sucked. My shirt was wet and I had to pull tape off my soar nips. Since buying these, I haven't had any of those unfortunate events.
