I never leave reviews but I am changing that only because when I have gone to search and read about a product individuals are short on details, so here you go. The base of the stand is driven inside of a cup holder in my 2019 Tahoe. It spreads open as you crank on the wheel to disperse the base. I by no means am a small guy and I have cranked on the wheel to bite down and hold as tight as I could get it. As I cranked on it to tighten it up, NEVER once did it give me any cracking noise to where it was about to break or burst. The base hold really well in the cup holder and the stand is made really well! I mean absolutely sturdy and built well beyond what I expect from it!!! It has multiple joints that can be loosen to manipulate and face the tablet in ANY direction you choose to face it. Also comes with spare parts to either extend or shorten how high you would like you tablet to sit. I purchased the stand in hopes that I would hold my surface pro 7, in which it did but ONLY doing so with having to remove either the left or right side bracket that holds it in place. Even after removing it, I am still able to slide my 12.3” tablet onto the stand, cinch it down and fasten so it gets a tight grip so the tablet would not slide out and or fall. If you view the pictures I have posted, you will see where one side of the brackets has been removed. The brackets do have a small rubber pad that it sits on so it doesn’t cause damage or scratch your tablet or even hold it in place. So after hitting some bumpy roads, going off terrain and long drives, the stand was able to hold my 12.3” tablet in place. I didn’t have to worry about trying to reposition it due to not being held in place or sliding off the mount cause it’s too big. Over all, other than it being a tad small for my surface pro 7,... I am 100% content with the stand and the build of it. It is quite sturdy and and yes I would recommend it to anyone!

I wanted a tablet mount for my car so my niece can use the iPad during the car rides, but not just any mount. A mount that is adjustable is prefered... So like any Amazon user, I searched... and searched... while this one is pretty pricey compared to others, I'm glad I purchased it! This is probably the most solid built mount I have ever used. Being able to extend and angle the mount is a plus. The mount itself holds my iPad very securely with minimal vibrations. Everything you need to install this is included. So if you're willing to spend a little more for a tablet mount... this might be the one for you too! Thanks.

This product is 100% solid. The ball joints that they use for arms to connect are actually ribbed so when you tighten it’s not just a smooth round surface that it grips against👍🏽The arms are solid, the thumb nuts actually have metal nuts inside. I was concerned because their wasn’t any rubber between the metal half’s that clamp to the headrest seat post but they ended up having a really positive bite. If your thinking you can spend less and get the type spring between the seat posts, don’t. I did and it broke, I had to use plastic bond to fix it and the springs are nice but you have no control of how tight it is.

So I finally was able to install the tablet mount. The first one I received didn’t work but they shipped a replacement within a week. It’s a bit difficult trying to install the car mount but once its i stalled it feels and looks like it’s sturdy. I used my phone for an example but it seems to work I’m sure the tablet will fit nicely

This mount is nice and sturdy. It's well made and all the mounting hardware and joints are metal! The backing that the tablet rests against is the only plastic part but that's ok. It was easy to install and holds in place well. I ordered one initially and was so happy with the quality of construction that I got a second for my other car. The only improvement I could suggest would be a way to lock the tablet holder in place more permanently. It's easy to bump the mount and loosen the threaded mounting post that the holder attaches to. It's easy to twist the tablet holder slightly to tighten it up again but it's a bit annoying at times. This could probably be fixed with some loc-tite or some other type of thread locker.

I purchased this Lap Top Mount to use in my 2012 Ford Focus. As a sales executive, I spent most of my time on the road and in the car. I loved the ease of being able to have my pc right there. Pc that is used, is a, HP Pavillion x360. The mount is easily adjustable, supports the weight of pc while traveling, very little vibration throughout the unit and pc. Also as an emergency responder, and using my vehicle as an emergency vehicle at times, the mount works great for me to be able to have maps pulled up on pc. I give, Seller:5 Star, Product: 5 Star.Mount-It! MI-7320 Tablet Mount for Car Cup Holder, Rotating Tilting Stand for Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Microsoft Surface, and Other Tablets with 7 to 11 Inch Screen Sizes, 3.3 Lbs Capacity

Quality iPad mount. Worked great for our road trip to keep our toddler entertained once she started to fuss. Everything is metal except for one part that holds the iPad in place (which was important to me as other plastic products had bad reviews for breakage) The only thing I wish was easier was moving the neck of the mount around but this wasn’t important enough on my needs list to make a difference in my choice of purchase

Solid and adjustable. I'm very happy with it. I mounted it on the driver's headrest so that the tablet can be watched from the middle and the back row of my 2008 Odyssey minivan. I'm using it for a Lenovo Tab A2, which has a 10.1 screen and there is still a little bit of room for a slightly larger tablet. The only minor downside is that the tablet cannot be removed by loosening just one clamp. I usually end up loosening the one on the top and one on a side. My kids are not complaining!

We mounted this on my husband's power wheelchair. It hold his speech device. Very sturdy. His speech device was $10,000 so I was very nervous about mount but this one is perfect.
