These are solid PVC fittings.

These are solid PVC fittings that you can't find at the local HW store. They are for structures, rather than plumbing. No reason they couldn't be used for plumbing, but, these 3-way, and 4-way tees are essential for structures. They truly are Heavy Duty PVC fittings, they are hefty and well manufactured. I had previously purchased a kit for a pool float holder from a high end catalogue. It looked like PVC but was very thin walled plastic tubing with similarly thin plastic fittings, a disaster. I figured I could build one myself using 1' schedule 40 PVC and a few furniture fittings. These fit the bill. They could be glued with PVC glue but press-fit (no glue) connections are quite robust for my applications. Latest effort - peddle car garage for the grandkids.

Perfect for what I needed...except I ordered 1" by mistake. I wanted 2". They worked out anyway because they fit inside the 2" pipe and gave it a different look. It was for a room divder/furniture piece. Looks great!. I got my order really quick and the corners are great quality.

Good Elbows

Installing irrigation system in my yard, using these in corners of my lawn, just need to finish with rotors(1" reduced to 3/4") schedule 40 is important in elbows when I'm working with max. pressure 70-100p.s.i.
