Perfect fit, INCREDIBLE grip.

These shoes are fantastic. I bought them for a trip to the Georgia mountains, where we were going white water rafting and hiking in a slippery, rock infested gorge. On our last trip my other water shoes provided zero protection against slipping. These shoes have an incredible grip and fit perfectly. I did go a size smaller based on other reviews' recommendations, and, bot it was the right choice. My wife paid a lot more for another brand and was slipping and sliding all over the place. For the price, and depending on your activities, these shoes are a great buy!

Excellent!

These exceeded my expectations! I wanted something that would be comfortable to wear on the beach and also not retain a lot of sand and make my wife crazy! Not only are these great for walking in the sand and surf; they protected his feet from shells and stones and I probably walked 5 miles collecting shells with my son on a brisk lat March day at Ocean City! I rinsed them off before heading back to the hotel room and I could barely find sand inside of them! These are awesome and even better than advertised!

I typically wear a 14 in Mens, but bought a 13 here as I wanted to make sure I had a snug fit. This was the right choice, as a 14 would likely have been a little loose the way this shoe fits. It performed great. On vacation I wore them all day as I was in and out of the ocean and walking around the resort. They dried fast, and it was very easy to get sand off of them as well. I also typically have to plan ahead when packing because my shoes take up so much room, but these definitely didn't! I threw them in the book bag and they barely took up any of my space.

For pool walking/running; runs slightly small

My husband’s toes get scraped up during his walks/runs in the pool, so he tried these shoes and declared success! He wears a size 12 in all shoes except Nike, where he wears a 13. He tried these in both 12 and 13 and kept the 13. Says they feel good, his feet don’t slip around inside, and they solve the abrasion issue.

Highly recommended.

Just got back from two weeks in Maui and can't recommend these shoes highly enough. These shoes spent almost the whole time submerged in the Pacific Ocean and/or walking over extremely sharp lava rock. They were comfortable, they kept my feet safe, they were easy to clean at the end of the day and they held up wonderfully and are ready for my next trip. Thanks for a great product, Speedo!

Super comfortable.

I had bought these shoes before at the local sports store. I use them as daily shoes. But I wanted a black pair. The store only had them blue and green. So, I bought them here at Amazon. This pair is just as good as the other one. They are so comfortable. They adjust to your foot completely. One of my heels is a little bit displaced due to flat feet. So, with regular walking shoes, it starts feeling uncomfortable after the heel of the shoe softens. But these shoes are always tight, in a relaxed way. It is like having gloves for your feet. Speedo makes great products. I have two Speedo bathing suits and they are very comfortable too. I have read reviews that claim that you can not put these shoes on because the opening is too narrow. It is true that it is narrow. However, if you slide the foot in and then with your finger you stretch it around your ankle, the material stretches and adapts. They are good for water, but once you use them in the water, the inner sole unglues and it does not stay fixed again. I just threw those inner soles away and inserted a Dr. Shoolls inner sole with arch. Now, when I am going in the water with them, I remove the Dr. Shoolls inner sole.

Great water shoe for guys.

This review is for the Speedo Men's Surfwalker 3.0 Water Shoe. While no water shoe is going to win you any high-style points, these are an attractive and (most importantly) very functional option. I bought these for an upcoming trip to an area with notoriously rocky beaches and shoreline. These shoes were a lift saver! They kept my feet safe from sharp walks, provided excellent traction on slippery rocks/surfaces and also kept my feet protected from the HOT sand/stones at the beach. They comfortable hugged my feet and did not slip off when swimming or diving into the water. Once out of the water, water drained from them very quickly and they were also very quick to dry. I purchased the Navy which I will say is very accurate to how it is pictured. I wear a size 10-10.5 depending on brand and the 10 fit great in these.

Makes my coastal living more easy going

My husband and I LOVE these shoes and find them a great value. I gave him, and me, a pair for Christmas. We moved to the Gulf Coast in August and while loving walking on the beach barefoot these are perfect for cold and/or rainy days. They are of such high quality that we love them for night walks when you might miss something that you didn't want to step on. They look sharp on and are incredibly comfortable. The fit is so flexible I will probably be back for two more pair at an average shoe size for when guests come like we have now. There are a lot of different shoes for beach walking to choose from at Amazon and I really feel I actually made the right choice my first time around.

Perfect for swim and short walks

Used in Caribbean. Better than swim socks, perfect for short walks on beach and swims. Shells and seagrass no longer issue. Lightweight and stays on so did not effect swim effort at all. May fail early if one attempted use them as everyday active sneaker but should last if used as designed. Also have a sturdy pair of Keens water shoes to use as everyday sneaker but they are little too heavy to swim with. The two are good pairing. Because of sock-like design, there is little extra room in toe area so if 1/2 size may consider ordering down.

Great water shoes to protect your feet!

Great water shoes! I bought these to wear on a recent trip to the Caribbean islands and they fit great and work well in the water. I was able to protect myself from getting stabbed by all sorts of shells while playing in the water on the beaches I was at. Very happy with these shoes and how well they worked out for me. I will be taking them on my next trip as well!
