I am big fan of Limburger Cheese!

This was my first time trying it, and I was a bit nervous because Limburger cheese has such a bad reputation. In my opinion, the flavor is a just a bit stronger than Swiss cheese and not as pungent as Feta Cheese. I used it on my Prime Rib Beef Burgers and it was extremely yummy! I will buy this again.
