I used these to shore up a walk in closet hanger bar that had pulled away from the wall. The original installer didn't bother to look for studs to drill into so, away it came! I have used phillps head screws and hate them, so I thought I would try the star head on these. This works like a charm - never a slip and therefore, no ruining of the phillips heads that seems to happen 25% of the time. Since these were 4 inches long, they were perfect for going into 2x4's when you include the facing board thickness. Easy start, fast bite into the wood, stayed on the star driver making it easy to manage, I am SUPER happy! A so is the wife :-)

Good coating, good price, no heads broken.

Good quality. The coating looks nice and have held up well to the outdoors. I have used these before and decided to get a little more for backup (1lb). Comes with a bit, so no problems there either. Have never broken a head off with an impact driver. Would buy again!

Great screws for decks!

I needed to restain my deck but had to do some work on boards that were coming up, etc. Looked on Amazon and decided to go with these screws as they were well recommended. I very much liked the screws and they did the job of securing loose wood boards

These do the job

I am shoring up my hundred year old front porch and I like these screws. I tried another brand of exterior four inch screws but these have a much better feel to them. They go in easier and the connections have a more solid feel to them. Glad I found these, they do the job and also no more Phillip head screws if I don't absolutely have to

Nice screws w anti slip t-25 head and cutting threads at tip, extra grip twist near neck. For those deeper anchoring needs, these are great.

Hard to find in the hardware stores. These were exactly what I needed and did the job perfectly. I don't need many very often, but I will absolutely buy them again when I need to

Power Pro 4 in screws

They easy to install with out stripping out. The holding strength in 2x6 pine is excellent.

Good Screw

Very good hex screw. Holds well in pre drilled hole and goes good un pre drilled. Have not striped one yet.
