Cotton Core Wicks Are Better For Your Health
These wicks are cotton core. They cast off very little soot, if any, and burn very clean. Zinc-core wicks tend to give off a lot of soot. They can even begin to stink and I have read that they expel chemicals into the air, which you would naturally breathe in as the candle burns. I have not used zinc-core candle wicks in years & recently found this seller on Amazon. I will be ordering these again.

Great wicks!
These worked perfectly for the candles I made! I highly suggest buying centering devices. They aren't that expensive and so much easier than using a rod to keep the wick upright. Plus they'll be perfectly centered! Pack of 12pcs Metal Candle Wick Centering Devices - Kare & Kind® retail packaging (wick centering device, Silver)

This was the best price I could find on the exact right candle ...
This was the best price I could find on the exact right candle wicks. I make two or three candles a week for coworkers and other people who have made me happy, and these are just slightly thicker than your average votive wick, which makes them perfect for the just slightly larger than votive molds I use.

great for small containers.
Really great! These are good for those who need slightly larger than votive wicks. I like to fill my square 2" diameter containers with these. But think it could go to 2.5. Very good flame low smoke wick holds up. Better than others ice tried and I like the extra .5" instead of 3" like the rest these are great for tall skinny glasses. Thank you EricX

Great deal
I have too many candles in jars that will burn out and still have wax left. By playing around with them I can put new wicks in and the candles will go a good while longer. If the price on candles was cheaper I probably wouldn't bother, but when you combine the cost of the candles with the waste of the wax if you toss them, this is a great deal.

It's so much fun and sparks a lot of creativity
My new hobby is to make candles. It's so much fun and sparks a lot of creativity. in trying to be a little green, I wash out my store bought spaghetti jars and reuse those for my candles. These are the perfect size for those jars. I add a glue dot to the bottom of the wick, stick it down, tie the top to a pencil across the top and pour my was mixture in. Once cooled, I release the pencil from the top, snip the wick to a quarter of an inch and put the lid on. Sooo simple! These are just the right size for me so I will definitely be buying more!

Good wicks
These work great for making votive type candles. I make candles in old teacups and they are great for that. If you put a small amount of wax in first and let that harden they will stay straight up when you pour the rest of the wax.

Works As Well as Any Yankee Wick
I bought these to replace the wicks on an old Yankee candle I got years ago. Works as good as the originals as far as I can tell. They’re a bit skinnier, bit seem to work just as well. It is a scented candle and they distribute the scent just fine.

Good value
It came as promised. We melted leftover candles in microwave and used these to make new candles.

Perfect for smaller mason jar candles.
These burn excellent. No smoke. My candles burn all the way down to the bottom with very little wax left over. Ive tried alot of different wicks for candle making and these are my favorite
