Perfect for salad lovers!
I absolutely LOVE this. It's the perfect size for any kind of salad you can think of! I found it to be super easy to clean, and -no leaks-! That was my biggest worry, but it worked out just fine! I was able to keep all my ingredients separate until time to mix them together. Just dump into the bowl, and toss! The only thing I had to do that the bowl didn't account for, was I had to put my croutons/crackers in a baggie to keep them nice and dry until lunch. Honestly, I am used to that little bit. Pop them in a baggie, toss into the bowl, put the compartment tray on. Put in all your other items, like dressing/add-ins, lid on, snap it down and you're perfect to go. I'm looking forward to being able to get another one in a different color so my son stops trying to steal mine. :) I highly recommend you get the recipe pdf you get the link to with purchase. Already tried a few of them out, and YUM!

I love how I can fit a lot of healthy salad ...
This container is fabulous! I am doing weight watchers so having a lot of fresh produce on hand during the day is just the thing. I love how I can fit a lot of healthy salad in the main compartment then load up the tray with fresh snacks. It's fabulous to be free of the old separate little containers or the zip lock bags that get lost with other stuff and it's nice to be able to see everything in one place. The unit closes up securely, the cover over the fork stays put, the dressing container doesn't leak at all. It's top-shelf dishwasher safe. I can't think of anything bad to say about it. Here's a picture of all the food I was able to fit in mine. (The green water bottle is a separate item of course).

Big A$$ Salad bowl!
I have been using this bowl for over a year now, and I can safely say that it was a great purchase. The compartments are big enough to fill with "healthy" size portions of your favorite meats and/or vegetables. You can have a full 3 course meal on the go. Everything fits together well, the sauce tray does a good job of holding thin sauces/dressings without leaking. This bowl came to me with a two year warranty, and customer service is doing a great job. I called because I lost my fork, and they were quick to respond by email and a phone call in order to get me a replacement (at no charge).

Makes lunch easy, fun, and healthy!
I absolutely love these salad containers. My fiancé and I have big appetites, but try to eat healthy. These containers fit a ton of salad greens and all sizes of toppings- nuts, beans, cheese, fruits, meats, pasta etc. They make packing lunch easy. Just throw in some greens, a protein, a dressing, and toppings that make salad fun for you! We use ours several times per week and they make it to both our jobs without spilling or leaking. I walk and ride public transit, so mine gets tossed around a bit. We have blue and purple and want the other two as well. The bright colors are fun! I also like that having everything separated forces me to take a minute to put my lunch together and eat mindfully rather than just devouring it on my break. Several of my friends and coworkers have bought them after seeing mine! The only thing I wish this bowl had is a knife, but I keep one at work to chop up the greens before tossing!

I love my BENTGO SALAD!!!
I LOVE THIS CONTAINER! Seriously, it's the best. It's great quality and seals really well. My go to salad is kale dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and then in the top part, I'll put cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, whatever other veggies I have in the house, and either tuna or chicken for protein. I love the bright green color and it's easy to wash -- just throw it in the dishwasher! I have two of them so I don't have to wash every day. I have also used this for baked potato with toppings -- put the baked potato in the bottom, then put sour cream, butter, shredded cheese, etc. in the top part. Also used it for hummus and veggies -- hummus in the dressing container, celery, cucumber, pepper sticks in the top part, and broccoli and cauliflower in the bottom.

Don't drop it! Breaks easily.
Love my bentgo! Unfortunately I owned it less than a month and it broke after dropping in only two feet on the ground :( Good news though! Bentgo replaced the bowl overnight! Great customer service!

Well made. Makes morning lunch making more efficient. Holds a good amount.
Every morning I make lunches for three kids Every morning I struggle to find the right containers for their lunches. It would be easier if they washed their containers out so they were clean in the morning for me to use, but alas, that doesn't happen. What happens is one washes their containers and I find dirty ones in bags and backpacks and everyone denies theirs are the dirty ones. So...enter the Bentgo box. I will get into their functionality in a moment (which is great) but the reason these were a life saver to me was because they are each different colors, top and bottom - that, combined with quality product, makes this a winner. Now everyone knows whose box is whose, and if it's dirty they have to clean it if they want lunch. Functionality - excellent. I can have a salad or a sandwich in the bottom section. In the top section, there is a dressing holder and three snack sections that are ample size for two small snack servings and one larger snack serving. For the most part once you put the lid on and snap it the snacks don't jump their sections. However, small things like a peanut half have slipped through. I would not put applesauce in one of these sections. The snacks would need to be dry goods or cut up fruit. I do have the kids put these into lunch boxes because I don't want them broken by dropping them. They are sizable and can slip out of your hand easily. That said, make sure the check the measurements of the lunch box they would be going into and these are a tad bulky. The bulk is worth it to me to keep things uniform and not have to be searching for 5 containers every morning for each child.

Awesome to make super salads on the go!
I am very impressed with this product. Almost every day I make a large salad using many toppings. I originally was using pie plates to pre-make these salads because it allows enough space to fit everything AND to toss it. However, it was difficult to bring salads to work for lunch, and then I found this awesome to-go salad set! When I first unboxed it, I was concerned it seemed smaller than it looked online, and that my typical salads would not fit. However, the depth of the bowl and topping compartment makes up for the square area. Everything fits. One can comfortably fit 3 ounces of greens in the bottom compartment. 4 ounces will also fit, but you will have to pack the greens a little. I pack the topping compartment quite full and strategically, but I do not have to squish anything to close it. In the picture the compartment is holding, 3oz of salmon, 1 boiled egg, 1 Roma tomato, half of a carrot, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/8 cup daikon, red onion, and 2 Tbsp capers. The dressing compartment holds a significant amount, somewhere between a 1/4-1/3 cup. Do be careful not to overfill it as the lid will not seal properly. You can easily tell when putting the lid on if you have overfilled it. I also really love how the setup allows you to keep the toppings off the greens until you are ready to eat it, so the greens don't get soggy. When it comes to tossing the salad, it's still great. I personally like to pour my dressing on the greens alone and toss, then I sprinkle all my toppings on. From there, depeding on the salad, I can toss a corner at a time or the whole thing without worry of something flying out of the bowl. The fork that comes with this actually works quite well. Normally I cannot stand to eat with plastic but this fork is quite sturdy, and very good at stabbing at a salad. The compartment where the fork is kept also has room to put a napkin and/or happy note. The product's packaging is clearly marked as BPA free (many sellers on amazon lie about this). Small Cons: (1) Sometimes when the lid is off, the clear plastic cover that goes over the fork has trouble staying locked in. The fork stays fine. (2) Product is dishwasher safe, however, the lids must be hand washed to prevent damaging the seals.

Love keeping my ingredients separate
I like this bowl a lot. It has all the space I need to make a nice lunch salad ahead of time. I don’t like my ingredients touching each other too long before I eat it as it makes the lettuce get Wiley. But this bowl allows me to have everything in one convenient container. I don’t like the fork it comes with, the shape is awkward so I just use another. The clips seem sturdy enough. The top portion can create a vacuum with the bottom so it gets stuck sometimes and I have to pry it pretty hard to separate them but the bottom for me just contains the lettuce mixture so if I pull down on the bottom instead of up on the top then I don’t lose any food. Maybe a little groove in the top portion to allow air exchange between the containers would alleviate this problem in future designs. But it gets the job done.

I love the salad bowl and tray
I love the salad bowl and tray, but I'm disappointed in the dressing holder. It worked fine until I HAND washed it. Now the lid won't stay on for anything. I have no idea what happened with a little warm/hot water and soap. I was in love with this and knew I wanted a second one. I washed it after I was done and suddenly the lid doesnt fit. I'm confused, but more so disappointed. I'm concerned the other products I ordered (soup container and condiment containers) will do the same. How am I going to deal with the dressing now? It was the perfect size too for my salad. Wasnt too much or not enough. I'll have to look elsewhere. Update: I messed with the container some more and found that if you push some air out before closing it completely the "suction" helps a little. I will have to test to see if it works well enough to keep the dressing from spilling and report back. It will be about a week though. (Around August 6th) Update Aug 4th: No spilling with the dressing container when I push the air out from one corner to the diagonal corner. The pressure kept the lid closed and no problems. My bag wasn't being thrown every where but I didn't have to worry about it one bit. I would recommend the product.
