A+-mazing!!
A+-Mazing!! These wraps are the answer to a prayer in my house. We have been a completely Gluten-Free and Low-Glycemic household for the past 5 months. It has been an amazing and blessed change for all of us (reversed my Type II Diabetes in TWO MONTHS!!), but we have really missed our wraps. I simply Googled "Gluten Free Low Glycemic Wraps" and came across this little gem! They are very tasty. They have a slight coconut taste to them, but I like coconut, so win-win. However, when you fill them and eat them, the taste of the wrap just blends in with what you have stuffed it with. I have made "dry" wraps and "wet" wraps, and these babies held together and rolled beautifully every time! This morning, my breakfast wrap was a vegetable medley...heavily sauteed in olive oil, a slice of ham and grated cheese. I rolled the wrap up, place in a sandwich bag, and went to work. When it came time to eat breakfast two hours later, I simply ate the wrap, using the plastic bag as a holder. Mind you, the wrap was still completely intact. It stayed rolled and did not break. It was saturated with the olive oil, as I knew it would be, hence the sandwich bag! I originally ordered just one package to see if we would like them. Well, we love them! I just ordered more packages a minute ago. My husband and sons are taking them on their annual backpacking trip. They are perfectly packaged, light weight and ready to go. Give these a try. I think most folks will really like them. They are understandably a little pricey, but keeping my guts healthy and functional and keeping diabetes away is well worth it! Thanks, Julian Bakery, for making this great wrap!

I am so glad I did
I saw these on the Dr. Oz show and decided to try them. I am so glad I did! These are very good. I'm on a low carb diet and have really missed my breakfast burritos, tacos, and sandwiches. I've tried various versions of low carb "bread" which was okay but a bit too eggy for my taste. But after making a sandwich wrap with the Coconut Wraps, I won't be making those eggy bread substitutes again. These have a very light nutty, slightly coconut flavor that melded well with my meat, cheese, and lettuce. I'll certainly be ordering these again!

Recommend trying these. Very yummy.
These wraps exceeded my expectations. I thought they might be weird or bland or just okay--and I was fine with that. But they were actually pretty darn tasty and worked well with my food so far. I started the Paleo diet for 30 days and needed something to resemble a tortilla/wrap so I could put veggies, meat, eggs or fruit in it--or make an almond butter and fruit "sandwich." You can taste the coconut. It's made out of coconut meat, coconut water and coconut oil, so what do you expect? LOL But because the tortillas are so thin, the coconut flavor kind of blends in with what you're putting inside it. For example, I put some leftover cooked cauliflower and carrots with Indian spices and Indian cilantro/chili chutney in it. With that food, the coconut taste was non-existent and it was a yummy wrap. I also chopped up a sweet strawberry and wrapped it in half of a wrap and it tasted SO good and sweet. The strawberry and the coconut flavor kind of blended together. I will try this with some eggs and sausage and probably more fruit and veggies. I have not heated it yet, so I don't know what happens. I'll update my review once I've done that. I think that if you are truly on the Paleo diet or a grain-free diet, and you miss having things like tortillas and sandwich-type things--well, this is a good product to try. It works for me. I read some of the reviews that said they tasted awful. I think it's a case by case basis depending on who you are. I think they taste good. Not everyone is going to like the same things--except chocolate and sugar!! :) Kidding! Also, it says on the package that the coconut used is organic, which is good. So, I recommend trying it. Note: I saw some low-star reviews here about the customer service. I didn't have any problems, so can't comment. I would hope the company would be good to work with if issues arise. But the customer service reviews should actually go somewhere else on Amazon--in Seller Review section, not on the product review section. It skews the rating on the product itself, which for some of us is pretty good product, since we can't have bread and other grains.

Pretty bomb. I'm a Southern California guy
Pretty bomb. I'm a Southern California guy, so I know tacos. Wrap up some carne asada, guac and use these bad boys. Boom paleo asada. They taste like coconut but well that's what they are made of. Over all, great!

Tasty
I got these to fit into my low carb diet. I have seen descriptions and complaints of a particular taste like coconut. I don't really like coconut, so I was glad to not notice it at all. I eat flavorable food which is, of course, going to drown out some subtle flavor that some people seem to be sensitive to. They are a decent size for making a single serving meal of whatever is put into them. Pliable and don't break into pieces when manipulated. They are separated with pieces of paper and stayed fresh in fridge as I used them over a few days. I will be buying more and wish they contained more wraps in a package.

Now I can have tacos and burritos! yay!
I love love love these things! I originally ordered the 7-pack, and loved them so much I immediately ordered this 49 pack. They last 9 months on the shelf, and since they're a dry product, I don't see them spoiling in the pantry by the time I can eat them. They have a wonderful light coconut taste. I love coconut, so that's thrilling for me. I use these as soft taco and burrito shells, and they're kind of a thicker spring roll wrap texture/thickness. I'm so happy I found these. They're delicious and make me happy!

Will definately purchase again!
I hesitated to make this purchase based on poor reviews, but chose to try them out since sometimes I need a portable lunch vs my usual heating up the previous night's leftovers. 1. Yes, they're expensive. However, I don't use them daily, so it's not a big deal. It's still cheaper than eating out. 2. They're naturally preserved (it's just dried coconut), so if it takes me a month to go through them, it's not a big deal. 3. For those who complained that they taste like coconut.... seriously?!?! Did you not read that they are MADE from coconut?!?! It's not an overwhelming coconut-y flavor, but it's there. Choose your fillings accordingly (it was a weird combo when I used them as a tortilla for tacos, but surprisingly not bad with tuna fish, they're fabulous as a wrap for a cold sandwich or with any Thai/Indian filling). IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. Use your brain. 4. They're quite thin, but very pliable and sturdy. I thought for sure they'd split open the first couple times because I wrapped the contents quite tightly, but they held up. 5. Texture - a little papery, but.... that's right.... it's not a big deal! If you want the taste/texture of traditional wheat wraps, this isn't the choice for you. I chose them because I made the choice to go Paleo. I promise, nobody held a gun to my head and said I must eat these and not the traditional wraps. People, this is a CHOICE. You're not going to find something that tastes/feels/smells exactly like your beloved wheat wraps - get over it or go back to your old ways of eating, just don't write a negative review of this product because you miss wheat. Guess what? I miss brownies, but am I writing a negative review on Larabars because they don't taste like brownies??? 6. My package came completely intact w/o any crumbling of wraps (a few people previously complained of such) 7. Would I buy them again? Absolutely!

game-changer for paleo/gluten free diets, delicious too!
These wraps have a sweet, mild flavor and are surprisingly sturdy given how thin they are. After going gluten-free and (mostly) paleo due to an autoimmune illness, it was frustrating to feel like I had to choose between mediocre-tasting imitation-bread and simply cutting out any form of wrap/sandwich completely. Then a friend gave me a pack of these. To me they taste better than any bread or wrap, and really let me feel like I have a normal option for many meals. They are a daily staple in our house now. A few uses: Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs and sweet potato Fish "tacos" with grilled mahi mahi, corn + cucumber salsa, sauteed peppers and onions, topped with guac Lunch wrap with a burger, fried egg, salad greens, and sliced avocado They are pricey compared to dirt-cheap wheat products, but the difference in health and the way I feel after eating them vs eating gluten is night and day. Highly recommended!

Sturdy Paleo Wrap/Tortilla!
I've been Paleo for 6 years and appreciate any Paleo wrap/tortilla that comes on the market. These are a huge improvement form the original Paleo Coconut Wraps, as far as using it for hot foods and holding together. I can see how the flavor of the wraps can take some getting used to. There is a slight bitter/intense taste from the seeds, but it doesn't bother me one bit...and its really not that bad. I also use the Siete Grain-Free tortillas a lot. They have a milder flavor but they don't hold together as well; and when you make delicious tacos and the tort just falls apart, its not fun. When I travel, I take a pack of the Julian's Wraps with me and use them at restaurants. They do not HAVE to be heated and that makes them great for travel, unlike the Siete Wraps which have to be heated. I do wish someone would make a thick and sturdy Paleo wrap that is nut/seed free (perhaps with only coconut flour and/or cassava), that avoids pork lard as well. The market is close, but not there yet...at least from what I have found.

... coconut flavor would be strong and maybe a little sweet, and they would be very soft and no ...
I decided to give a try to these coconut wraps after thinking about it for a while – I was indecisive mainly because I thought that the coconut flavor would be strong and maybe a little sweet, and they would be very soft and no manageable – Plus, I am a lover of salty foods combined with salty foods, not much sweet and salty. But gluten is just a no-no in my life, I just can't have it because I get sick, so I was on the search for something different… and found these pricey and interesting wraps. I prepared some seasoned ground beef, chopped some tomatoes, avocado, started filling out the coconut wraps, and well, here is why I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them: 1. Coconut flavor was not strong at all. Actually, corn tortillas (which I am tired of eating) have stronger corn flavor than these wraps of coconut. I did not fill that the coconut flavor overshadowed the food inside the wrap. 2. Texture: These wraps are actually very resistant to warm and food. My wraps didn't break. 3. My kids and my husband tried them and they found them ok too. No weird faces, no complaints about taste. 4. They are durable. You can keep them for a while, and the taste and texture don’t change. That helps the costs. I don’t eat them all the time and it’s really just me. My family eats wheat and all the stuff I can’t. 5. My package came intact. All wraps were complete, unbroken, and sealed. It is definitely a personal decision to buy them. I was curious and looking for a healthy, different and easy alternative for my menu, and that is why the price is not bothering me. I would buy them again, eyes closed. I liked them and the delivery of the product was perfectly fine.
