Great item that took care of my heating issue on the gas bicycle muffler! It was quick to wrap and the steel bands helped too...I wish they were more secure, but did the trick after some twisting and turning.

My bike exhaust was a pain but not their fault. This stuff works great I don’t burn my thigh anymore

They look and work like they are supposed to

Got it wet. Wrapped it tight. Tightened the straps with needle nose pliers. Painted them with high temperature paint. They look and work like they are supposed to. Wear the gloves or else!

Fiberglass will mess your lungs and eye up horribly is they get affected

Just as described. A note for anyone who's never done this from someone who's done a bit of exhaust wrap: Soak the wrap in water and pull from the bucket! This makes it more pliable, reduces airborn fiberglass particles, and when it dries it'll tighten making a really snug fir. WEAR GLOVES and a LONG SLEEVED SHIRT!! If you decide to NOT soak the wrap in water you also need to where a respirator/mask AND goggles. Fiberglass will mess your lungs and eye up horribly is they get affected. The only other note you should know is if you have any really tight bends you should consider a narrower wrap around 1.5" as the 2" can be difficult to bend a stretch around a sharp bend.

Found this cheaper here and easy to use. Make sure you get extra gloves and soak it in water. If you don’t, you’ll feel the fiberglass for days.

Works well and easy install

Helped keep the motorcycle exhaust colder and provided better aesthetics. I applied it on my 2004 Vstrom 650 and after reading the instructions it was quite easy to install. Make sure you do not let it touch your skin and try your best to not inhale it. I touched it a few different times and brushed up against it as well as inhaled some of it but regardless still really love the product. The fiber glass only itched my skin for a little while and after a warm shower it went away. Now back to the product it was very straightforward to install and holds up to everything that has been thrown at it. Rain sun dirt high speeds etc. Awesome product and i definitely recommend it to a friend.

Great Product

My bike looks great now! I thought this would be a huge product and it was relatively simple and straight forward. It adds so much to my bike, I always get compliments on it. This is great quality stuff and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to wrap their pipes!

Working great.

I got the black wrap to wrap truck exhaust headers. So far it is working great and holding up to the winter elements. It shows some signs of fading, but I expected that. I would purchase again. Metal ties are a plus and are also holding up great.

Cost is Great!!

2" is the way to go if you want a thicker look without all the extra product! Wrap works as it is intended for! Great value! Note*- most used water bucket, I used a spray bottle. Worked very well! I couldn't figure out the ss ties, I am special.
