It’s been about five months since I switched to Chemex and these filters make it easy to get the coffee made. They are the proper size and are easy to use. I just take one from the box and crease it so it fits perfectly. I like getting 100 at a time so I always have plenty on hand and don’t have to keep reordering.

I almost feel like these are simple enough to not merit a review but I'll say that I felt good about using the unbleached filters that go straight to my compost afterward. The coffee I have brewed has always been delicious and I don't intend that as a bragging. I think these filters are the way to go.

Thick filters that you can see the coffee, grime and oils cling to the filter with none of it making it past these filters. Setup and cleanup were incredibly easy!

As a newbie coffee connoisseur, I am really enjoying the intentionality in making coffee in the Chemex coffee pot using these paper filters. I particularly love that these appear to be a more natural, biodegradable option for coffee production, and they really do filter out any bitterness in the coffee, resulting in a fine cup of coffee. I use pre-ground, store-bought coffee (no judgement please, I'm new at this), but this combination of filter and Chemex pot, make the cheap stuff taste smooth and delicious. I enjoy the slow and deliberate practice of taking my time (I mean, its only 5 minutes, total) brewing and filtering the coffee each morning. Perhaps I will tire of it, eventually, but for now, I feel like a early hominid might have felt when stoking the morning fires for his clan--it feels like a creation, and I dig it.

Super easy to use and the quality is great! You can never go wrong with Chemex. These are better than the off brand ones. If you’re stuck between either buying off brand or buying these, buy these. You’ll end up using double the off brand to one of these.

Finally, there is a seller of these coffee filters that is Amazon prime friendly! These are hands-down the best coffee filters for the Chemex pour over coffee pot. Even though 100 count doesn’t seem like a lot, I’ve had my coffee pot since October 2017 and I am now just getting a new box. I bought this along with a Chemex and have had no issues so far after going through 10 filters. The filters come prefolded in a box and are much thicker than a regular coffee pot filter. I followed the advice of other Chemex users and ran some water through the filter before brewing, which did release some paper odors. I imagine that could taint the flavors of the coffee. I only brew a couple of times a week, so $13 for 2-3 months of filters is a pretty good deal.

A thicker filter that absorbs all the bitter acids and makes the coffee taste so good that people think I've added sweetener, even though I do not. I can brew a cup, store it in the refrigerator and heat it up the next day and it STILL tastes better than other drip coffee systems!

These are the best, as they're not bleached. Chemex coffee maker is great, you know you aren't getting chemicals from heated plastic or aluminum from using it as many coffee makers do.

Legit filters for Chemex. I use an aero press for speed, a French press for strong flavor, and the good old chemex for the best tasting brew of them all. I also use these to filter out the sediment after making a big batch of cold brew, which then stays nice and fresh in the fridge for a lot longer!
