Does as promised

I bought these bands a week ago to test them out (pictures included). Pros: they work. The result in the second pic is after leaving them in overnight (roughly seven hours). (1) My gap closed a good amount in such a short amount of time. (2) They were very easy to use, and they didn’t slip into my gums at all. Even when I brushed my teeth they stayed in place. Cons: Not complaints, as these are to be expected. (1) My teeth wore sore to point where if I tried to bite into something, I’d have to use my side teeth. It was a bearable soreness though. Note that even when the gap closed, if I take the band off right away, the gap comes back. My guess is that I’d have to use the bands for at least a month straight to see permanent results. Still, not a bad amount of time.

These are amazing made the gap in my teeth go away really fast, it did make my teeth hurt but it was worth it instead of spending a fortune at the dentist

So these bands do actually work but you have to ply with them and make sure your teeth and bands are dry for initial install 1.place one band around two front teeTh mid way 2.place the second band above the first ban but around all four front teeth this will keep the bands from moving up . 3. Continue to move them as the gaps close . You

Perfect size.... make sure you dry your teeth when putting them in, so they stay. Please be prepared for pain, it definitely is painful for the first couple of nights you wear them (they do irritate your gums while moving your teeth) but “Beauty is Pain right?” lol.. push through it, the pain will go away & your teeth will close! Also, make sure you get a retainer once your gap closes, to keep it closed.

HIGH QUALITY BANDS - DIDN'T BUY FOR INTENDED USE BUT CAN ATTEST TO THEIR DURABILITY AND STRENGTH

I actually purchased these 3/16 Heavy Orthodontic Teeth Gap Bands to use with my Facial-Flex Facial Exerciser since the bands they offer for the Facial Flex system are extremely expensive --$9 for a three month supply, changing them weekly. Although it is not recommended, I have to use two to get the same resistance of Facial Flex's 16 oz. bands, but I wanted to write this review to let buyers know of the good quality of these bands. Since I stretch these bands two hundred times each time that I use the facial exerciser I can attest to their high quality, durability, and strength that did not diminish over this past week as I used them for the first time. To get 100 of these bands at such a good price of $5.97 is an added bonus and very much appreciated!

Awesome closing gaps

These are awesome!! 40 years after getting my braces off my front teeth gap started returning. To get this fixed via the dentist was going to cost thousands. Pop the bands on & leave them on as much as possible & voila, no more gap.
