Dorman 03423 10 X 1.25mm Bolt Kit

This Dorman 03423 hardware kit was a perfect fit for the exhaust flange on our 2004 RAV4 replacement muffler. The kit is actually two zinc chromate coated Grade 10.5 hardened steel bolts with two hex nuts. The metric 10 X 1.25 bolts are approximately 40mm long overall. The nuts have serrations on the bottom to help them lock down and stay tight. They worked well and are holding up so I'm very happy with the purchase.

Good Exhaust Bolts

Needed bolts for the flange between the forward cats and the rear exhaust on my 2002 Lexus LS430. These bolts fit the bill perfectly. They are high grade bolts and were the exact length I needed. Highly recommend this bolt and nut set even though you might be able to piece together something cheaper at the hardware store.

Worked great for 2009 Subaru Forester

These bolts worked great as a replacement for the severely corroded bolts that were on my 2009 Subaru Forester. They fit perfect and are of sturdy construction. I needed these when I had to replace my mufflers. The existing bolts were so severely corroded I had to grind them off and install these new Dorman bolts. They were a great price too. Highly recommend them.

Used to install aftermarket Y (mid) pipe in a 2017 Nissan GT-R

Bought these based on the other reviewer's comments about installing an aftermarket mid pipe in his GT-R. This is a common modification since the stock exhaust isn't sporty-sounding enough. These nuts/bolts are just about the perfect size and length for this purpose. I used them to do the install in my 2017 GT-R. I also used a reducer (prevents leaks), which adds a few millimeters of space between the mid pipe and the rear exhaust section. As you can see by the photo, the length was spot-on! We'll see what happens with them over the next few months. But hey, they're steel bolts.

Exhaust flange bolts

These bolts are for exhaust flanges, not a manifold. I used them to cinch a muffler flange to intermediate pipe flange and they worked great. As of February 2020 the bolts are 14 mm.

Solid Hardware

Dorman products are good and this hardware is another example of their good quality. I like the solid bolt heads. they will take more torque when tightening.

Just what I needed to bolt the flanges back together. they are metric so everything on truck stays 100% metric. way better than cheap bolts from the hardware store.

Perfect fit on the 03’ 4runner

Perfect fit on the 03’ 4runner. Screwed right in to where the catalytic converter/headers met the other exhaust pipe. Easy for a regular joe like me to screw in with my handy 14mm socket and 14mm wrench to screw the nut on.

Works and fits between the center exhaust pipe and the muffler for 2002 Honda Accord LX Sedan 4-Door 2.3L.
