Love it. I've always wanted to try loom knitting. So I ordered these. I'm a beginer at it, so I did make a few mistakes at first. After I got used to it, it was so easy to do. Had to look on youtube on how to use the pom pom makers though. Found out I can make more then hats with these. Found out there are different shapes of looms also. I'll be ordering the other shapes sometime next year.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and it makes crafting difficult. I had learned to knit long ago but had to give it up when my arms started going numb. Recently sometime suggested loom knitting and im so glad they did. I have had so much fun making hats and dish scrubbies.

Love these. I’ve made hats, a scarf, and boot cuffs. They are a large Gauge but makes a perfect beginners set. Use bulky yarns for a great look.

these are neat thank you, from the packaging to instructional manual Wow, I'm going to have to learn new things to make. I love it

GREAT PRICE for all the things that come with this set. VERY PLEASED. I knit close to 200+ hats a year for our service project of 1700 hats we distribute to the kids, PRE-K through 5th grade every year in our county. Holds up nicely. Pegs CAN be removed even. I actually super glue mine in for the pattern I use. It doesn't have that "crochet-type cut" on the peg. Easier to teach a beginner on. They don't get frustrated with trying to move the stitches off. Bonus was the pompom makers too. Everything you need to make hats, headbands, scarves and more. VERY PLEASED with the price.

Readaeer Round Knitting Loom Set:) I am very pleased with the 4 knitting hoops; the 4 "clover type" pom-pom makers; the needle and the hook that came in the nice see thru plastic carry case with a one page hoop knitting instruction. I especially like that all the pegs were glued in place for added strength. It has been many years since I seen such great quality!. I wrapped sports wrap around hook handle for my arthritic hand comfort and now it is custom fit for me and hours later with no pain. I have been having great fun with instant pleasure at all the projects I am doing! There are a few basics to remember: #1 You can always take the yarn off the pegs, unwrap the project yarn and start over if it does not look right! #2 Relax! Go slow and wrap the pegs slowly and loosely till you get the hang of how the yarn works on the pegs. #3 Smile! Your imagination is your only limit! Make hats; socks; slippers; scarves; blankets; lap covers; aprons; ear wraps; mittens; gloves; sweaters; toys....???? Try watching You Tube Videos on Loom Knitting and Pom-Pom making. These Pom-Pom makers are considered "clover type", which are very easy to use. I looked it up on you tube...start with one by looking it over, put it on table in front of you with long white area positioned at 12 and 6 on a clock. (It looks like an alien star ship.) Under those ends are hinges and next to the hinges are 2 tabs by the top and 2 tabs by the bottom. Slowly pull outward. You will see that there is a metal pin holding the 2 halves together. Look at the colored half moons next to each other, you will be wrapping yarn around each double half moon starting under and over the top (going round and round filling in the culvert opening without going past the flat edges, stop, cut yarn, repeat on other double half) Now squeeze both sides together to look like a circle again. Take a scissor following between both halves top edges and cut (carefully set aside). Cut 12" piece of yarn (or ? size) and wrap between both sides (or ships). Pull and tie off by wrapping a couple of times and a couple of knots. Gently pull apart from the center. Voila! You have a great pom-pom to add to your knitting projects. Also, visit your local library for books on loom knitting, they have LOTS!

Great fun and easy to use. The only downside is there are no instructions as to how to use it. Certainly makes fast and easy hats. A group of us did marathon knitting to make hats for babies and adult charities.

I ordered the Boye loom set and was disappointed with the lack of quality and functionality. I returned them because they were essentially unusable. These are what I ordered to replace them. Haven't used them yet. But took them out of the package and they are hands down superior quality. The plastic is very rigid and not bendy at all like the previous set and the pegs do not have a hook on them and appear to be glued or welded securely in place. I will update this review after I use them for a while, but they look like I will be very pleased. @@@update@@@. Great loom set. I'm changing to five stars. My seven year old granddaughter came over and gave them a try and she was able to make a hat and scarf for her 18" doll in one afternoon. No fell out like the Boye brand and the material held up well against tight stitches.

I am really enjoying these looms. I wanted a craft to do while watching TV and this is perfect. They are made from very heavy plastic and are quite sturdy. I have made one hat and am working on my second. The instructions were simple and fairly easy to understand. I found it helpful to go to YouTube and watch a video on the process. Once I got the first few rows done I was flying along. I am already wanting to learn more stitches. I was pleased that this package came with 4 sizes of looms as well as the pompom makers. After pricing the separate pieces in a local craft store I realized that the 16.99 I paid was a great value for it all.

My husband was excited to get these for his birthday. They are sturdy and arrived exactly as described. Would buy again.
