Excellent product

I started using this product the same day I received it. It did a really nice job on all my jewelry. I used it on turquoise and pearl jewelry. I was hesitant, but it seems to have done a great job and not damaged the pearls or turquoise at all.This was the reason I selected this item; it claims to clean soft gemstones without damaging them. I had some silver earrings that were quite tarnished, so they needed to soak a longer time. I put them in for 2 minutes, as directions said. They needed a couple more applications of cleaner solution to get all the tarnish off. It's very easy to use and does a great job! All in all, I'm very pleased.

AMAZING PRODUCT AND EQUALLY AMAZING COMPANY AND SUPPORT

This is the type of business we all should support, small, family-owned, focused on the customer, the quality of the product, and the support they provide. When my original “Simple Shine” arrived, the plastic container had cracked during shipping, spilling most of its contents. It was most likely a shipping issue (ie UPS) as virtually ever precaution that could have been taken, had been taken to wrap the product. So I emailed the Simple Shine, past business hours, to request instructions on how I might obtain a replacement. Within less than an hour, I received an email from the owner herself, Elisse, extremely apologetic who promised to ship out a replacement immediately. Before I knew it, I had another “Simple Shine” in my hands. I should also tell you I ordered two similar jewelry cleaning products, or so I thought. Simple Shine, promising to be gentle and no toxic, and the other, the highest rated product on Amazon. I used each product on different nights, both cleaned the items in exactly the same time, but the difference, the other product, caused my hands to burn and become irritated, then dried out, with what looked like hives - whereas Simple Shine, my girlfriend put the bracelet on her next almost immediately,’and it looked beautiful, she felt beautiful, and her skin not a hint of harsh chemicals. So what would you want to put in your mouth, wear around you neck, or wrist, have near your kids or pets, or accidentally or worse yet, in your eyes or mouth. If the quality of the product, and the safety of you and/or your family, and the type of service you receive, and respect and appreciation for your business matters to you, then there is no other company and product line to even consider. I’d be lost without this cleaner! It’s amazing

I ADORE this product! I use it literally every day. Drop my engagement ring and wedding band in for two minutes every morning. It’s incredible how much grime and dirt diamonds can pick up only in one day. My rings look brand new every day and I get comments from strangers all the time saying how shiny my stones are. I do not use the little brush that it comes with, I use a toothbrush. The little brush was too flimsy to scrub the underside of the diamond on my engagement ring. But seriously- this product is awesome. It doesn’t smell bad or offensive at all either. Buy it!

AWESOME, AWESOME CLEANER!!!

I have to say... Simple Shine is FANTASTIC!!! I just rec.'d my new cleaner a few days ago and I had what I thought would be a lot of hard work in front of me! (Even with the cleaner). But.... I was amazingly suprised to find that I didn't really have to do much of anything! This product is great!! I personally found, that if you put your jewelry in the solution, seal it up and give it a little shake....and then give it about 5 minutes (if even that long!), you can pull the jewelry out and quickly brush it down and then rinse and dry. IT COMES OUT SPARKLING AND BEAUTIFUL! Just like the day you bought it!! And for those of you that might be skeptical...? Well, I put a ring in the solution that I had NEVER cleaned and when I pulled it out for its scrub down, you could already SEE the gunk coming off! This product is excellent in my eyes!

This is an excellent cleaner for my gold jewelry. It works great on my wedding ring--the solitaire really sparkles--as well as a diamond band ring I have. It works quickly and there is no unpleasant odor. I tried it on a silver bracelet that was slightly yellowed--it brightened it a little, but I think I need a true cleaner for silver jewelry. I'm currently looking for a silver cleaner to use on silver jewelry set with porous stones such as amber and turquoise. Any recommendations anyone?

Wouldn’t use anything else for my most sentimental jewelry!

I constantly am buzzing foamy hand sanitizer at work all day long and it dries up all inside and on my wedding rings, catching all of the dust and particles with it. My wedding rings looked so corroded on this inside and the black diamonds looks gray all around the edges. A two minute soak in this solution and quick scrub with the included brush made them look as sparkly and perfect as the first time my husband placed them on my finger!!! I was honestly so surprised at how intricately they were cleaned and did not expect these results. BIG plus, there’s no harsh chemicals and you know it’s gentle on your most special pieces of jewelry :) I would preach this product to anyone!!!

Works Great!

This cleaner worked great for my white gold/ diamond engagement ring and wedding band. My ring was gray-ish looking and the diamond had lots of dirt residue on it and after dipping it in the cleaner it’s shiny again! It removed the residue and it’s significantly shinier. Picture doesn’t do it justice. Overall I’m very happy. Keep in mind, it’s a cleaner and not tarnish remover, so if you have old silver that’s turned dark it won’t fix it.

Sparkling Shine

I really like this jewelry cleaner. It's the first time I've purchased it and I recommend it. It left everything sparkling clean and did not smell like the cleaner that contains ammonia. You can also combine pieces of different metals with no problems.

Very gentle but works wonderfully on tarnished silver. My boyfriend and I both have silver jewelry to include stainless steel and some of it was quite tarnished. At first I was afraid to leave it in longer than what they recommended but then actually forgot that I had it in there! Cleaned it perfectly didn’t even really need to brush it. We ended up buying another bottle of the cleaner so we have one of each of our homes. Highly recommend it! Just as a sidenote at the time of this review I haven’t tried it on gold jewelry.
