Since I started eating a vegan diet, the main things I miss are cheese and eggs. I was so happy to find this product! The texture is a little different from actual eggs, but the flavor is very similar to Egg Beaters. I use ice water and whisk the egg mix in, then "scramble" immediately. The eggs cook in less than a minute. Very yummy egg substitute - highly recommend.

I sent these to my daughter as she has converted to vegan eating. I got to try them on my last visit to her and was pleasantly surprised with them. They smell like the yokes of eggs when mixing them up and the taste is rather good. Very happy I took a chance on this and bought them for her.

This is the best Vegan Egg product on the market. There is a little bit of a learning curb but after you cook with it for a while, you can do an omelette, french toast, or egg sandwich and the taste is fantastic. I can't recommend this enough. If you are Vegan, this will be your best go to in the kitchen. I even use it in recipes. Just great!

Oh man! I had my doubts on this stuff but its great! I browned some diced onions and peppers and put my seasoning in the water prior to adding the Vegan Egg mix into it then mixed up the mix and dumped it into the skillet with the onions and peppers. Scrambled it up and it was great! Pretty darn close to the texture of real eggs!. I hope this stuff replaces peoples need for eating bird "baby fetuses"! :p

Wow this stuff taste just like eggs I really missed making omelettes and quiches when I went vegan. The only thing I wish is that its cheaper its too pricy thats the only thing I wouldn't order on a regular basics maybe once a year or so.

Game Changing Experience!

My 10yr old daughter has been allergic to eggs since birth. She has recently expressed a wish to one day eat eggs for breakfast because, “they look like they taste pretty good!” Well, Vegan Egg has opened a whole new world for not just my daughter but our whole family of 5! She fell in love with the taste, as did I. I’ve loved scrambled eggs all my life and I’m astounded at how good they are. I know this is gonna sound corny but watching my baby girl sitting at the brkfst table eating scrambled eggs w/cheese & spinach just like her sister, brother, Mom & me for the first time in her 10 years of life and LOVING IT! ....brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Vegan Egg!

finally-vegan scrambled eggs

When my husband and I finally made the plunge into veganism there were a couple things we missed and for which we could not find a tasty vegan substitute. We now have the eggs and they are wonderful. I can make an eggless and sausageless sandwich now and I cannot say enough about this product. It has a funky smell while you are mixing it, but that goes away as it cooks. We had to try a couple times to get it just the way we like it. We highly recommend this product.

I’m addicted! These really do look, smell, and taste like eggs! I like to have one on my toast in the morning. I take a shortcut: I lightly grease a small glass dish with vegan margarine, and then mix 1 tablespoon powder with 2 tablespoons cold water in it, plus seasoning (for me, salt, dill weed, and fennel). You could also add vegan cheese and chopped vegetables. Then I put it in the microwave for about 25 seconds, then flip it in the dish and cook it for another 25 seconds, and on until it is done to my desired texture. It’s easy, quick, nutritious, and not too many dishes to wash! ; ) I find that one package lasts me awhile; it’s a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it!

I really am elated to find this VeganEgg product! I have tried it in making scrambled eggs and veggie omelet and am very happy with the way it cooks up. It takes longer to cook than real hen eggs, and the price is much higher, but well worth the effort and extra expense to avoid consuming hen eggs. I use it rather sparingly because of the cost, but I hope that as more people become vegans to save abuse to chickens, that they will buy this product and perhaps the price will come down with the increased sales volume. I haven't tried this product in baking yet, but will be doing that soon. So glad Follow Your Heart came out with this!!
