Don't pay more! I wasnt looking to update a couch, but protect it. This is soft, stretchy, and fits my 3 cushion couch (with feet) perfectly. I love that its washable. I dont think it will protect from wet spills, but it will certainly preserve the sofa for a lot longer! The two piece design makes it way better than any slipcover I've tried before. I have 3 boys, and it has stayed nicely in place while they have climbed and bounced. The cushion cover is elastic, more like a fitted sheet than a zip-on cover. There is elastic around the bottoms of the couch cover so it really does stretch to fit and is customizable - my couch is against a wall, but even it it weren't it would look good in the back.

Like it so far, will update after a month of cat, 90lb dog and 2 kid use. First impressions are it's very nice, soft, somewhat easy to put on depending on your couch. There IS a tag that says back try and find that first, and if you have removable top cushions take them off and add them in after you put the low cushions back on, then you can tighten the slack. I will say, the cover BARELY fits on my lower cushion so I will be getting sheet holders to see if that helps, also grab some slipcover tacks for holding it in place in the front of your couch underneath or it'll probably pull back with repeated movement. No rips or tears upon initial opening and I like the color a lot! There is a blue undertone but I tried to match that based on my living room paint. The up lose pictures are shot in indirect then direct sunlight to see the difference, no incandescent. I have a very old couch that was a deep maroon with stripes all over it, hides it perfectly can't see through it all. Love it. Will get another for my chair next time. ** 3M Update** Starting to see some wear and tear, to be fair though, I have 2 young children, a 90lb lab and a kitten who use this furntiure. Just a few small holes (pics 5&6) that are probably from kitten nails or just getting bounced on. Still covers the couch and is a quick fix if you know how to see or want to get fabric glue and patch it. 👍 Still want 2 more for my ottoman and rocker.

Review AFTER 6 Months of Hard Use

Don't you hate that so many reviews are written just after the item is rcvd? What I want to know is how the item-- especially something like a couch cover-- holds up over time. Well, I can tell you... These are WELL worth the cost. I have two young hyperactive boys, a 75 lb lab, and a cat with sharp claws (see pics-- it's hard to get the cat on the couch for a photo as a cat, of course, does whatever s/he wants). We've had these covers for at least six months, have washed them several times, and have used the heck out of 'em. They've stood up to it all wonderfully. Our Ashley's "best" couches were looking quite worn after the abuse we'd given them. Structurally they were ok (...about as good as could be expected, but then would you pay more than about $1000 for a couch given our parameters?? That's a flight to/from Europe!). But spills, scratches, and the like had them LOOKING awful. These covers changed all that for minimal cost. I looked carefully at reviews for a range of covers on Amazon, and these looked best, albeit a bit more on the costly side. They have not disappointed! After all this time, they look better than the couches did after 6 mos. Covers don't shrink in the wash. And the couch actually FEELS more comfy with the soft cover on it. The single cover for the whole set of cushions makes the couch less saggy. It's also easy to wash just the cushion cover as needed/more frequently. These are just AWESOME!! I plan to buy a second set just so I can change up the look of the living room now and then. Highly recommend!

I love this!! I've been wanting to get covers for my couches. They have light colored microfiber coushions, and I have young kids and dogs. Not a good combination! But I didn't want a couch cover that made it look like I had a blanket draped over the whole thing, and I didn't want one that I would have to readjust every time we sat down. This one is perfect! I got the black one. It looks like a brand new couch! I love that this cover is two pieces, so it actually looks like that's the way the couch came. My kids have been climbing all over it, my dogs have been getting up and laying on it, it had started perfectly in place. I have the type of couch that has large throw pillows as the back cushions. I did not put this cover over those cushions, I think that would have looked super dumb. I got new pillow covers for them. I'm super excited, it looks awesome.

Great fit

Covers are over a brown microfiber, oversized couch. I really love the fit of these slipcovers! However, if you have cushions that slide under the back of the couch cushion (as pictured in the 4th pic with the brown), I would recommend the one piece and not the two piece slipcovers. my original cushions have velcro tabs to hold cushions in place, when you place the cover on the sofa, it covers the velcro tabs, so you will not be able to use them in securing your cushions to the couch, holding them in place. It has not been a huge problem, I just have to push them in once or twice a day. Also, as others have stated..the light grey covers are a very blue grey in color, very true!...I was hoping for more of a stone grey, but I actually like them, they stand out more in my space. Note: the second pic, is the back of the couch under ambient lights, the others are all with no lights on, in natural light. I would also recommend, straps to run under cushions, from front to back to hold them in place a little better, but I'm just kind of neurotic that way, lol! All in all, I really love the look and feel of these covers!! I've slept on the couch, and the covers stay put...my 3 year old jumps on the couches, and they stay put... I have 2 cats, and haven't noticed any kitty hair clinging to them.

Out of all of the sofa covers I have tried this one works the best. Pros.. good fabric and looks to be fairly sturdy. The expandable fabric works much better and I don't have to use foam inserts in the couch to keep fabric in because of the separate cover for the cushions. The fit was very good but because I have odd back cushions on the sofa there was some extra fabric that didn't fit as tight as I would like but that is certainly no big deal and you can't really notice it. I only have two minor complaints, the first is that the separate cushion cover is elastic and doesn't fully cover the bottom of the cushions and because I have over-stuffed cushions it is a very tight fit and to me seems like they might slip off if the elastic stretches out. Adding even an extra inch of fabric all around would help this fit better on overstuffed cushions. The second issue I have is because the front legs on my sofa are flush with the couch, I have to tuck the corners of the cover under the front feet of the legs. having a piece of tension fabric sewn a few inches back on each side of the corners would allow a better fit for those of us with sofas where the legs are flush with the couch. Not going to deduct any stars for that as there are so many variations to sofas it's hard to create something for every type. Very happy with the product!

I bought this to replace another couch cover. The original cover was rough cotton, had no elastic to keep it in place, and simply draped over the couch. Every few days, the back portion would pull down, requiring me to move the couch away from the wall and put it back. It never really fit correctly and through regular use it would end up halfway off the couch and was constantly needing to be adjusted. I bought the Chunyi cover based on positive reviews and so far I love it. The material is softer than the former cover but not exceptionally soft. It's synthetic and has a sort of knobbed texture to it. The fabric seems a little thin so I'm not sure how it's going to hold up over the long run but I'll update if any tears, holes, etc. develop. Most importantly, though, is how this cover fits. If you have a cover which, like my old one, is constantly working itself off your couch and needing to be adjusted, this is the best you're going to find. The two-piece system is what deserves the credit, I think. Because the sofa pads have their own cover, the main cover is never being pulled off the couch like most other one-piece designs. This has been on my couch for a couple of weeks and after me and my girlfriend and visiting friends sitting and lying on it, it looks exactly the same. The cover fits nice and taut and doesn't wrinkle/bunch up or get pulled off. My girlfriend's brother has a cover which looks practically the same as the Chunyi we bought, except it's one-piece and even though it has elastic at the bottom to keep it on the couch, it gets pulled off a little and then the portion around the back and pads bunches up and looks bad. Highly recommended if your main concern is getting a cover that fits and stays in place so you're not constantly fixing it.

After researching slip covers forever and a day, I bought a couple. One by Maytex and the other a Wal-Mart brand, which were the exact same product. They were soft, but thin and I could only find them in 1 piece, which no matter how gently you sit, you'll always have to retuck. So, I got this one in the mail last week in gray. It is beyond amazing. My couch looks brand new! The gray does have a blue tone to it, but it is really pretty on. My son rolled around on it all last evening watching the game and when I looked at the couch this morning, you couldn't even tell someone had been on it yet! Don't hesitate to buy this product and kick in the extra bucks to get a 2 piece, it makes all the difference!!

I love these slipcovers, they are super soft and easy to put on. They stay in place and don't hold my cat's fur. I ordered the blue which is actually a really lovely deep teal and it is exactly what I was looking for I will definitely order again.

Whole New Look! Beautiful, Modern Looking Color & Style

I love this couch cover!! I've been using it for a few months and have attached some pictures. It still looks the same as the first day I put it on. I had a little trouble figuring out how to put it on at first, but another reviewer had given some tips that worked and after a little adjustment it fit fine. I was also unsure about the color but this really is a nice, deep grey. Perfect for what I was looking for! The couch underneath has a very elaborate pattern with multiple colors, which was in style when we bought it 15 or so years ago, but doesn't match with my current style. With this cover I get a whole new look and the couch gets an extra layer of protection. I really appreciated the pictures other reviewers posted when I was trying to make my decision, so I wanted to be sure to post some to hopefully help others. It looks very nice and has improved the appearance of the whole room. I was on the fence about purchasing it because I was unsure how it would fit and look but I'm very glad I decided to buy it. The fabric is nice and soft, but durable and stretchy. It stretched over to fit my couch very well, even though the couch has a unique shape. I thought the fabric might look "cheap" but it doesn't. I was also a bit concerned it might wear out, but so far it shows no signs of doing that. I've even spot cleaned it and it still looks good as new. Hope this review helps!
