The 2 year warranty is fantastic. I had my keyboard for 1 year and 2 months. Two keys did not respond starting about a month ago. I was all prepared to purchase another iPad mini keyboard and searching them, I suddenly thought maybe mine was still under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to see it had a 2 year warranty. I sent an email through Amazon and got a reply in one day...They are replacing my keyboard.

A Solid Purchase

My iPad is a vital resource for me, especially while in graduate school. I was thrilled to have finally found a solid keyboard - it has really come through for me and I am extremely impressed. It's exactly the size of an iPad mini 4, so it is much smaller than your standard keyboard, but it's very easy to get used to. It connects fast, holds its charge, and is very receptive to keyboard commands! Overall, if you're a student like me and are looking for a reasonably-priced keyboard that is also high in quality, then take this one into consideration. Cheers!

The Company makes great, light Bluetooth Keyboards

I have changed my review rating of this device because of the tenacity of the company team in working to keeping happy. The keyboard is designed as well as possible for this small iPad. It is very well made. The problem that I have relates to my daily workflow. I use a large keyboard every day either with my iMac, MacBook Pro, or iPad Pro. I am a very fast typist and do not have to look at the keyboard; thus I have an engrained tactile memory of the keyboard. It just is too difficult form me to switch to a small keyboard. They said that they would either give me a refund or provide me with one of their light, full-size, bluetooth keyboards. I checked on Amazon and found that these are very highly rated. So, I'm happy and look forward to traveling to Europe next week with my iPad Mini 4 and a new, light, full-size keyboard.

Great Product!!!!

This is a great product! I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago and I have been in love with this as soon as I opened it. As soon as it arrived I charged it fully and have not charged it since. It connects to the IPad automatically so I have not used the on/off button and connect button since I first connected it. Yes! I have not charged it for 2-3 weeks without turning it off and it still works! It's slick, it's clean, it's a nice size after the first 10 mins of getting used to it. But I swear ever since I bought this keyboard I have not used my laptop and use this as my laptop. I sometimes even forget that this is an iPad and think it is a laptop! It is a GREAT BUY!!!!!!!!!

Very Happy

This is really neat unit. I replaced my Logitech keboard/case with this to get a thinner unit for travel. Both sync quickly; remember to "unsync if you are changing devices. The Artec is tight fit but was installed works OK. I left the clear plastic over the rubber in the groove to make removal easy. My iPad mini is silver and with the silver keyboard installed it looks like it came from the factory like that. Typing is OK -- but I'm not a touch typist. This is based on a few days -- and so far very happy.

Simply awesome! It has changed the way I use my iPad Mini 4. Now it is my go to device when I want to be mobile. I have a MacBook pro, an iPad Air 2 with logitech keyboard, and the iPad mini 4. This keyboard is of high quality, and attaches securely to the iPad, while being light weight. I can run my entire law practice on it while mobile, and it feels secure without losing any of its portability. Amazing what an accessory like this can do. I did have the Logitech Keys To Go and Apple cover on my iPad Mini 4. Both great products. But this keyboard has transformed the utility of the iPad Mini 4 into a productivity machine the I can just take with me and pull out and use. It was often a hassle to set the iPad Mini 4 up with the smart cover, and then set the Keys To Go keyboard up in front of it. It limited how I could use the device on my lap or in situations other than on a desk or table. This keyboard solved the problems. Yes, it is narrower than you would expect. A Few important keys have been moved around. But once you get warmed up on the keyboard, and give it some focus, it works great. At this point I prefer the iPad Mini 4 to getting work done than my iPad Air 2 when I'm on the go. That was not the case prior to utilizing the Arteck keyboard.

Economical, durable, and ergonomically friendly keyboard

One of the better keyboards out there in the market for the iPad mini 4. Pros include the following: 1) keyboards are well spaced and intuitive - the keys provide good springy response and manage to be more or less in line with QWERTY 2) light with long battery life 3) useful iPad/apple friendly keyboard shortcuts 4) relatively cheap compared to other product offerings, without sacrificing much quality The only con I could think of is is that the case material feels a bit cheap / plasticy, but I'd take function over form all else considered

I can't believe how wonderful this keyboard is for my mini iPad 4. The quality is great. The set up for Bluetooth is very easy. Packaging and directions are understandable. I would definitely recommend this product to friends.

Very light, really excellent overall.

I really, really wanted to love this keyboard. The reviews were absolutely fantastic and I read reviews for EVERYTHING—-none of them seem to be “made up” reviews. It’s really a great little keyboard overall, but the primary reasons I returned it were one) they keyboard just felt a bit small to type on and two) I felt like I was so concerned about dropping it that I didn’t want to use it. I have always kept a very decent cover on my iPad, something that offers some serious protection against drops. While this keyboard is absolutely light and portable, I felt that it just didn’t offer anything really by way of protection to my iPad. One drop in a corner and it’s done. All in all, I love the concept of turning my iPad mini into a mini laptop, and I think this cover really could go far with a few minor improvements. I would suggest taking the section that clips to the iPad and have it be a full cover on the iPad. I think many, most of us actually, would sacrifice a bit of the lightness to the product to have something that we felt was both protective AND productive. Battery life was excellent. I think I’ve charged it once in the three or so weeks I’ve had it. The small-ness of the keyboard I’m not really sure can be helped, but it just didn’t work out for me personally (I have thick fingers thanks to my dear old dad). For someone with small hands this keyboard would be a dream, but for those of us with meaty paws, who fat finger everything, it’s a no-go. Sadly I will be sending it back. :/ Update: I am changing my 3 star review to a 5 star review, and here is why—-After I returned this, I received an email from customer service telling me that they would send me a Bluetooth keyboard for free, as they truly believe in standing behind their product and their warranty. I honestly don’t think I have ever had such excellent customer service in all the years I’ve been buying items on Amazon—-and I buy a LOT of stuff on Amazon. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend giving this keyboard a try if you think it might possibly work for you. Just because it didn’t meet my needs doesn’t mean that it isn’t an excellent little keyboard, and really, there is no risk to you whatsoever to give it a try—-if for any reason you don’t like it, you can 100% count on Arteck’s customer service to make sure that you walk away a satisfied and happy customer.

Love it

This little Bluetooth keyboard is fantastic. The connection to my IPad was quick and simple. The keyboard and IPad fold up to be nice and slim. After looking at many different styles and brands of the same type of product this one had good reviews and was attractive looking. I am very pleased. I have small hands so the smaller keyboard is great for me, I can see how this may not work for someone that has larger hands. Other than that, this is a great product, I am very pleased.
