Blessed relief. This back scratcher is excellent. It is small for storage, but expands to easily reach all those itchy spots. The points on the claw end are wonderfully smooth and satisfying. The scratcher stays extended while in use. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this for my boyfriend and I was skeptical at first because it's pretty cheap so I wasn't sure if it would have broke easily or not. The product came in time, packaged beautifully in its own case, and it looked exactly like the photos. Quality is great, so far so good, it hasn't snapped or caused any problems. Has a great grip and sharp enough to get those scratches. Recommend!

I love it, as well as everyone at my home. Everyone else loves it though because they don't have to hear me beg for a scratch every 5 minutes. Pros: Good scratch- doesn't leave you any marks that you have to explain later hit does good at getting rid of the itching Reach- it's a good length for me Sturdy- doesn't bend when extended all the way. Of course, you don't want to be pressing on it with all your strength (common sense) Cons: none so far.

When the wifes away me and this Bear Claw will play. I feel dirty when my wife is gone and I pull this out, it's like I'm doing something wrong, it just feels so good. She caught me once and was so upset I found a replacement for her and I told her it would never happen again, but it did. This thing is wonderful, the amount of sharpness is perfect it scratches just the right amount.

These work perfectly, and I love having them in different places in the house so I don't have to hunt for them! They do the job, and don't "scratch" my skin.

Okay, this is VERY well made and just what I wanted. The claw is a stronger metal than I expected - especially for the price. I doubt I will telescope it to the full length because it seems that might lesson the strength of scratcher as a whole. I can see if someone extended it.. then whacked it on something how the claw might become disengaged... but that isn't really what I plan to do with it. Quite simply I wanted an old-fashioned back-scratcher I could use whenever the middle of my back did the "itchy - try & scratch here" routine. I did notice two small indentations where the white-plastic holder pushed into the handle (see image). But its hard to notice and I am expecting that with time outside of the container - the indents will subside. If not, no worries.. I will still love this thing. I bought both the black one and a blue one - - and the blue color is very close to that lovely Tiffany & Co. blue that I love. Super happy - will buy more for my Closet of Supplemental Gifts.

Very nice scratch claw

This is a really good scratcher. The handle feels good too. It really smells rubbery out of the box but if you dont mind its fine. Metal claw is nice but I recommend not to really scratch to hard. I use the back of claw sometime and gentle scratch. I love the extension and able to reach my legs, back with no problem. I am physical paralyzed on left so I barely can hold the handle and scratch my right shoulder and arm. I'm glad I can.

Goldilocks Would Declare This Bear Claw is “Just Right!”

I have very dry, itchy skin as well as allergies that make me itch all over. It is absolutely maddening when you’re all alone and can’t reach those areas on your back that are dying for you to scratch them! This bear claw is a lifesaver!! It not only reaches every area that I can’t reach by myself, but the “claws” provide the perfect scratch without being too sharp or too dull. If Goldilocks had tried to find a backscratcher at the bears’ cabin in the woods, this would have been the one that was “just right.” The telescopic feature allows you to close it up to a small size when not in use, which makes it perfect for travel or to pack in your handbag, and you can stretch the handle out to whatever length is best to reach exactly where you need to.

Wonderful scratcher! Gets the job done!

I love it!! The claws relieves the itchy spot so well! It's not too sharp and not to dull like those wooden scratchers, it's scratches as well as my own nails without the worry of cuting my skin. Therefore it amazingly gets the job done. And thanks to it's extendable arm, I can reach places on my back that I wasn't able with my arm! Also the rubber part at the bottom is very comfortable to hold and allows you to get a good grip when using the product! It's a very useful product at a reasonable price!
