I really like this yarn ball winder! Once I learned the simple technique I'm winding away! I have another ball winder at home, but it's too big and heavy to carry with me. I keep this lightweight, easy to use, handy gadget in my yarn bag.

Great idea. But when winding the yarn it gets caught. Maybe I'm not doing it right? I watched a tutorial video too.

I like working with linen yarn and the manufacturer specifically tells you not to wind on a swift because it can stretch/break the delicate yarn. This way I am able to customize the way its wrapped!

Exactly What I Needed

I brought mine to a stitching show because I knew I would buying all of this new yarn and would want to start projects right away. This saved me since I didn't have my swift in the hotel room! :)
