Geat golf gift

Tried it for the first time this week. I must say once it has your settings and you measure the correct thing it is great. Figured all that out and shot a low score. Can't beat it for the price.

Works Great

Works very good and easy so hit your target. My sight is far sighted so the big screw on the side is great. Very lightweight. Wish they made some kind of rubber case for it to keep it protected.

Accurate, easy to use, locks on pin, LED is useful.

I would buy this again. It is exactly what I was looking for to check yardage to the pin. Elevation adjustment helps with making the correct club choice.

** 1 YEAR UPDATE** I will make this short and sweet, this thing is amazing. Spot on accurate for what I use it for (air rifle hunting). Truly an amazing range finder at this price and the display is so nice! I have buddies with range finders tipping the scales at 600$ and they ask for mine. I am not sure how this would do at 500 yards because I haven't tested past 200 but it works great and I am sure it would be fine! Havent had it long, but seems accurate and angle feature is great for hunters. Good for price onoy had a couple situations it was very inaccurate. Okay after having this for almost 2 weeks it is VERY ACCURATE! I tested it when I was looking out my window because I'm dumb and didn't think about how it affects the laser! Trust me it's the best bang for your buck and then some!! Pros: SIDE DISPLAY CALCULATES ANGLE ACCURATE SEVERAL MODES HUNTING OR GOLFING CONS: DISPOSABLE BATTERY NOT WATERPROOF THIS THING IS WORTH IT !!!

Great value rangefinder

All I want from a rangefinder is the distance to the flag or some other object on the golf course. This does that very nicely and for a fraction of the cost of other brands. Before you spend 3 or 4 hundred on a rangefinder, buy this and spend the difference on golf lessons! Update 5/19 - Still very please overall. Had to use fog mode one morning and I was able to get readings when others in the group could not. I find it consistently to be short 3 yards compared to playing partners. Not enough to make a difference to me, but an observation.

Really, really good. Accurate, easy to use, compact, and cheap!!

I must say I’m surprised. I’ve had more expensive rangefinders with much less reliable readings than this gives. It tends to fluctuate by +/- 2 yards max on most readings under 350 yards, which isn’t too bad considering that it’s so cheap. I use its pin locking function all the time and it really helps the rangefinder figure out what you’re trying to measure. It takes measurements quickly and easily, and is really good at picking out what it is that you’re measuring—even trees. It can also take large distances very well, and I got a good measurement up to 707 yards. My only complaints are that the slope calculation feature is a little off sometimes, the build of the unit feels cheap, and the viewing angle is a bit weird. First, the slope calculation is nice to have, but I found it to overcompensate sometimes. I usually don’t use the slope feature, but on the few times I did, it over did it by about 7% of the total yardage on average in 12 measurements, both uphill and downhill, meaning that on downhill shots, i found it to show a yardage 7% shorter than the hole was actually playing, and likewise, for uphills, it would show a number 7% longer than it was playing. It gives decent ballpark numbers, but I wouldn’t rely entirely on them. Second, the casing of the unit is pretty cheap plastic, so I fear that it could break easily with a tiny bit too much force. It’s by no means brittle, but it doesn’t scream of durability. Lastly, you have to sort of tilt your head back a little to be able to see clearly through the viewfinder. It’s a little complaint, but it is one nonetheless. It reminds me of a cheap microscope where you have to be in the perfect position to see through it. In short, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this rangefinder to somebody that just wants reliable numbers, with no gimmicks. I wouldn’t give it to someone who relies on the slope function, but it is one of the best and easiest rangefinders I’ve used. The Pin lock is seriously good!

Very accurate

Shaved several strokes from my score by using this range finder. Sometimes I thinks it’s like cheating when I know the true distance to the flag while my friends are using the more expensive brand models without the slope feature.

Good features at great price.

Love this range Finder. I use apps to know the yardage, but sometime it was difficult to get accurate distance near great, as pin placement always differs. All other rangefinders are so expensive, and price doesn't justify to me for golf rangefinders as there is not much technology involved in it. So, I thought to give try to Suaoki, as it had many good reviews, has lots of good features, and price was right. I used if 5 times so far at golf course, it was really helpful, and I like the features. It seems the price has gone little bit up. For me it was good buy.
