My optomologist gave me a sample of these eye drops. Since it is gel based and takes a few moments to,clear, I decided to try Thera tears and Bausch and Lomb soothe. They both made my eyes tear even more and my eyes felt very gritty. I use refresh once in the morning and evening and it is controlling my dry eyes very well. I am very sensitive to medications and find these drops to be well tolerated and very helpful in controlling my dry eye condition.

Great for dry eye

These are perfect for my dry eye. I have been using the regular advance eye drops in the morning but my eyes were still bothering me. I use these when I go to bed and don’t wipe them out, drop them in and go to sleep. These in conjunction with a daily heated eye mask treatment have done wonders.

Doctor said I could use these for my contacts as long as they say "Optive". Pretty much the only gel drops that can be used with comtacts.

work very well for an eye drop. They are thicker than the plain refresh and take a couple of times to get used to using them put in lower part of eye first then not so blurry. But for dry eye problems, they last much longer than other products highy recommend this is a repeat purchase
