Had to start baking my own bread due to dairy allergy to, I have been making a loaf about once every 8-9 days since buying this 3 months ago. Seems to be holding up well and working consistently, though the fruit/nut cup on top is quite loud when it opens up, and no option to shut that off if your not using it. Scared my dog who was laying in the kitchen the first time I baked a loaf, and to be honest at first I though something was broken on it.
