Excellent colored pencils
Excellent drawing pencils with a real nice assortment of colors, but the container wasn't completely sealed and it fell open when I took out the package so I'm giving 4 stars. It isn't designed to stay closed it would appear - it pulls apart easily and the pencils fell all over the floor immediately. A few days later it happened again with one of the kids, and I put some tape on the bottom. Highly recommend the tape. Update: I also ordered crayons and they too came in a loose container that broke open. So I'm revisiting the pens and giving 5 stars instead of 4, figuring that containers today just aren't always strong enough.

Regular pencils, Good variety of colors to choose from.
I bought these to color in my coloring books. The pencils are nice, and there is a large variety of colors. I bought them on sale for less than 10 dollars, but keep in mind these are just regular crayola colored pencils. They color just like the other ones do. The box Is really pretty and i usually just get rid of the original box for my colored pencils, but i have decided to keep these colored pencils stored in the original box. The box itself is improved from the normal box and it is made out of a thicker cardboard compared to the normal box of crayola colored pencils. I love crayola products, these are great to have.

Bright, soft, & pleasant to use
Love these colored pencils. I am not an 'artist' but I love drawing. My preferred color pencils are the Prisma brand because they are so nice and soft and bendable. I am all about the blending ;-) However, I had to use my cousin's box of crayola colored pencils and I was pleasantly SHOCKED of how much I liked them. When I am not drawing I like to color in adult coloring books but find that it is a waste of my prisma brand color pencils because I have to continue to resharpen them because my coloring books have smaller spaces. Where as these colored pencils are not as soft as the prisma but they hold the point better and they are a lot cheaper. For coloring books with smaller spaces these work great, blend nicely and the colors are bright and can be bold when needed. I will not waste my drawing prisma pencils in my adult coloring books any more :D

Great quality for the price
I love the quality of these colored pencils. They are reasonably priced for anyone who enjoys adult coloring books and I really like the coverage they provide. I couldn't see spending lots of money for professional grade artists' coloring pencils like Prismacolor, and I've been really happy with these Crayola pencils.

Great Pencils for my New Hobby!!!
I purchased this set of 50 Crayola colored pencils as I set out to indulge in my new hobby of adult coloring books. These offer a great selection of colors and hold up well (as long as your kids don't get to them!). As a mom, it's always a good idea to purposefully take time to relax, color, and zone out with a great cup of coffee of your favorite drink. Cheers moms (or dads, or whoever)! I rate these a 5/5! Thank you for reading and rating my review!

Pretty Good
These are great crayola quality, as always. Same as the normal crayola fifty pack except advertised for adults. The drawings are using these pencils and the Giotto Stillnovo skin tone colouring pencils twelve pack, which is also pretty good, but not as great as crayola. I got the chart for the pencils off the internets and cropped since it was too big, then filled it in with the colors. I recommend you get a pencil holder for them. I forget what mine was called, but it was good and I got it from Amazon, too. Overall, great pencils, but if you're a professional or not just a beginner, you should spend a little more and get better pencils like prismacolor.

Great quality, sharpens easily, nice colors.
Good quality. Easy to sharpen if your not pretending to be the hulk. They need an soft touch to be sharpened. There were no repeated colors. Arrived on time and not broken or damaged. They are no diffrent than the original crayola colored pencils but I was able to trick my toddler into thinking these were only for adults. So that was perfect, since he has 1000 friggin crayons. Very nice pencil set
I really enjoy these pencils for coloring. I have been coloring more and decided to make the plunge into buying a large set of coloring pencils. I am not a great artist but I find they blend pretty nicely and the colors are vibrant and very pretty. I ended up buying a regular crayola colored pencil set that is 100 colors for a great price that I couldn't pass up. Most of the colors are the same but this one did have a couple colors the 100 pack of regular pencils didn't have. I had both my kids do a blind trial to compare the two. They are 18 and 20 and both very into art and drawing. As I suspected they were very similar to the regular package of crayola colored pencils. I had them try the same color on both and they both agreed that the regular pencils blended slightly better and overall they both picked the regular colored pencils over these. They were almost identical in performance and I didn't really notice much difference but the art kids did notice a slight difference in quality. I still gave them 5 stars because the price point is good, the color selection is good, the quality is good and I really have no complaints about this product at all. It is a great variety and value.

Perfect starter set! Hands down.
In my opinion, for the price, these are the best adult coloring pencils. Dense, rich color. Not waxy like other cheap pencils. Points can be made ninja-sharp and don't break as easily as others. For someone new to coloring this is a perfect starter set. 50 colors is plenty to get you going. Later - if you become addicted like so many of us - you can invest in Prismacolor. (Don't bother buying a small set of Prismacolor. Too annoying to have only a few colors. Wait until you can buy a larger set.) I love having a mix of pencil brands to play with. Different brands blend together in interesting ways. I find even the cheapo Michael's store brand which are mostly wax and almost no color are great for blending and burnishing after you've filled in an area with Prismacolor. When I give a coloring book to someone new to adult coloring I include a 50 pack of Crayola pencils.
