Works as advertised. Some special keys or optons may not work for your OS or device. Your mileage may vary. Got it for my Lumia 950 XL running Windows 10 Mobile and Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro running Windows 10 Pro ultrabook. Has no issues on the ultrabook. On Windows 10 Mobile, the media controls stop working randomly, especially after the keyboard wakes up from power save. Need to repair it to make it work again often times. Sometimes, it's enough to fold it up to power it off for a few minutes then power it back on. Most like issue with Windows 10 Mobile, as it works fine on the ultrabook. Nice solid design given nature of the device. Very thin and portable. Love the backlighting. Typing on it right now on my Lumia 950 XL running Windows 10 Mobile using Continuum. I found out after using for a few hours that the black plastic part on either side of the keyboard was not just for show. They are actually tabs that snaps out to act as support to keep the keyboard level and sturdy. The only nit picky thing is that it does not have tabs to prop the top back of the keyboard up for easier reach of the top row keys, like normal desktop keyboards. But otherwise great purchase.

This foldable keyboard is simply amazing!! I am currently using it right now to type up this review with my iPad Mini 3 and it is SO helpful. I am kind of a keyboard snob and I like my keyboard to feel right, and the for the keys to have a solid feel and click behind them... This keyboard does not disappoint. I was very impressed to see how small and compact it was, but also how sturdy and solid it felt. It is very compact when it is folded up, but when it is unfolded it is still large enough to use easily. Folding it and unfolding it is quite simple and it comes with a great soft pouch to carry it around in. The keyboard was very easy to pair to my iPad, and I LOVE that it is backlit. That is a must, as I type in low light situations some times and need the backlit keyboard. It is neat that you can change the backlit color too, just a cool function. Once unfolded, the keyboard is very solid, and except for the hinges at the top and bottom, it is easy to forget that it is a foldable keyboard. Again, the feel of the keys is superb and the spacing is just right for typing on my iPad. Pros: Very professional and sleek look and feel. Solid build with an all around quality appearance and operation. Nice click to the keys, and smooth texture as well. Love the backlit feature and its a plus that it can be changed from Green, to Red, to Blue. Easy to fold up and unfold. Easy to pair. Has additional buttons that can be used for tablets, such as a home button in the upper left that will take my iPad to the home screen. Has directional buttons which is AWESOME with iPad. Very slim form factor, excellent for traveling. Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this keyboard, it is fantastic and I am very impressed and pleased and I will be using this for months to come. I will say it takes some getting used to if you are used to typing on a full size keyboard. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anybody who is looking for a quality Bluetooth keyboard that they want to travel with. VERY small form factor, yet exceptional functionality and looks great!! *I received this product in exchange for this unbiased review, it's just my opinion. See photos for size references, note that the iPad pictured is an iPad Mini 3.

5 Stars all around! This keyboard is perfect for an on the go person like myself. I have a tablet that I use when I am out on the road and this does wonders. I thought the hinges would dig into my wrists, you don't even feel them. Not to mention the awesome LED lighting under the keys (I am a sucker for green lights on a keyboard). The typing itself is a very satisfying experience. The travel distance on the keys is great and feel like a full size laptop, there are little stand you can flip out on the sides to raise it up so you are not typing flat. They really have covered all their bases here. They also include a manual to show you all the little shortcuts you can do along the way and which ones work with what operating system. Like I said, 5 stars all around. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I always have my iPad with me, but it's a pain to have to also have to pack an Apple keyboard for when I want to take meeting notes or work on documents away from home. This keyboard is lightweight, folds to a small size, and it is a full-sized keyboard with a useful row of function keys and a great feel for a touch typist. There is the option to backlight it at two light levels, three colors, for low-light situations. There is even a sweet drawstring travel pouch. This thing is small enough that there is no hesitation to throwing it into my bag even if I am not sure I will need it. I love my Apple Bluetooth keyboard, but this is the one I reach for now if I am heading out. My iPad has a case that can serve as a landscape-oriented easel, so all I have to do is set it up, unfold the keyboard (that turns it on, no buttons necessary), and start typing. There is no hesitation or Bluetooth pairing glitching or delays at all. Also, very important for a rapid touch typist, the feel of typing on this keyboard is great. I can go at great speed with no errors or sticking. The top function keys include handy ones like copy, cut, paste, select all, search, and others, a bonus. The keyboard can be used wirelessly or connected through a standard USB cable, and I have had no issues with having the charge run out while I am out using the keyboard wirelessly. If I ever do, I'll just plug an external battery into the USB port. Highly recommended. UPDATE FOR CLARITY: It is now late April and the keyboard -- actually 2 of them because I got one for my husband too -- has continued to be great. I am adding this update because there is some confusion as to which model is being praised here. There are actually TWO trifolding keyboard models offered by the manufacturer, and their Amazon descriptions are sometimes easy to confuse. I have tried them both, and I want readers to know that it is the LARGER trifold keyboardl, BK-05, that I am recommending. The smaller model, BK-03, is inferior in many ways: less stable, detectable lag, much harder to type many characters (it has fewer rows of keys), and not backlit. The somewhat larger size and higher price are worth it: I recommend going for the larger model, the backlit one, BK-05. (Though for some reason I have not seen that model number in the description, only on the manual that came with the keyboard.). I will attach comparison photos of the two models. I am recommending the one on top, the BK-05.

Day 1 with this keyboard and it's already functioning exactly as I'd hoped! The description was very accurate. I needed something that I could take with me on the go so I could do school writing assignments and work related things and this makes my tasks so much easier to do on my phone. The keyboard feels just like having a full size keyboard. The keys smooth surface and placement are comfortable for a long period of use and folded up it fits right in my little sling purse. I really appreciate the attention to detail in this product down to the little rubber grippers that pop out for better grip on surfaces. Fantastic product that I would reccomend to anyone who is on the go a lot whether for school or work and needs a reliable keyboard to get stuff done whenever, wherever!

This is a great keyboard and the hinge mechanism is so cool! Amazing how it doesn't make a gap in the keys. My only request would be to make an Apple-style version, i.e. with the key labelled command with the clover picture, instead of the Alt label, etc. That doesn't affect usability at all, but since I plan to use it with an iPad, I'd rather have the keys labeled like an apple keyboard instead of a windows one. But that's a minor issue and not worth affecting the 5-star rating. Update: another small issue. On an iPad, the bottom left keys don’t work either they way I’d expect on a Mac nor on a PC. On a PC I’d hit the left-most control key for copy and paste options. On a Mac, I’d hit the key right next to the space bar. On this keyboard, I have to hit one over to the left from the space bar (even though I did choose to set the keyboard to iOS). So, overall, I really like this keyboard but I wish they’d make a second version for us Apple users that is labeled as and works as an apple keyboard. Still going to use this one though!

This is a solid product. I got mine in july of 2016 and I have been very pleased. It is extremely flexible. I have used it with my IPad, my Win7 machine and my Ubuntu machine. The keyboard is extremely compact and portable when folded up. Unfolded it is very comfortable to use with good tactile feedback. I use it for note taking and capturing thoughts on my commute. It makes my IPad a much more useful tool in that respect. In early October my first keyboard suffered a stroke. The keys on the right side of the keyboard fold stopped working. Seemed like a loose cable on that side since I could close the right side about halfway and the keys started working again. I could not find a way to open the keyboard and reseat the cable. I sent a note to Hisgadget asking if there was a way to open the keyboard so I could reseat the cable. They were great! They said 'don't try to open the keyboard, just send it back to us and we will send you a new one'. They sent me a return label, I packed the keyboard up and sent it back and I had a new keyboard in a week. We traded several e-mails, they were always very courteous and concerned about my experience. This is my first five star review. First because the product does exactly what I needed it to do, second because the approach Hisgadget takes to customer service is outstanding. I am very pleased with this product and vendor.

I am a college student and constantly on the move. I use tablet and smart phone to do majority of classwork. This keyboard has unique features that are perfect for me. 1. Portability: When folded, it takes space barely larger then my Samsung Note 4. I can just toss it in the backpack until needed. Plus it hold charge very long time (easily two-three months). 2. Duo connection: It can be connected via Bluetooth or USB like any wired keyboard. So I can quickly use it to type a quick e-mail on my phone/tablet or connect to any computer when needed. 3. Full keyboard: There is no compromise in size or function keys. There was almost no learning curve using this thing. As other reviewers mentioned, this is probably the best portable keyboard I've used. 4. Backlit: Although gimmicky, changeable back-lit colors up the "cool" factors for this keyboard. If I have to nitpick, the only two improvement I would want are built in phone/tablet holder and way to keep the keyboard locked when folded. Overall, I highly recommend it.

This keyboard rocks! It's model number: IC-BK05 the trifolding keyboard. It's appropriately named: iClever. I just received it and opened the box and just like that I'm typing with the iClever keyboard. Within seconds of opening it, the keyboard popped up in my Bluetooth screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and paired instantly. I'm typing faster than I ever have on my iPhone! Way to go! I'm highly impressed with this wireless keyboard. You can also connect the keyboard with a USB cable that's included. When I closed the keyboard and opened it 20 minutes later, the iClever keyboard connected without me having to do anything. The only thing I wish it would do is have a side bar or something to scroll with. To move to different areas on your iPhone screen, you have to touch the screen. Not a problem but I have seen other keyboards that claim to have a scrolling device. I still would recommend this one because the price is on point and it works really well. This whole review is typed using the iClever keyboard. I would not even attempt to type this much using just my iPhone. I'm a video and brand journalist, who is always on the go, so I'm working from planes, trains, cars, and hiking trails. This keyboard opens up from the size of a small book to a full keyboard. It has enough support to set it on an uneven surface (so I can have it in my lap) and it's not flimsy and doesn't collapse. This was important to me because I don't always have a table to use. I like how the keyboard is full-size, it's not very heavy, and its keys are backlit. You do have to be careful as the keyboard can fold up fairly easily. A couple of times I accidentally hit one side and it folded inward. Not a big deal and it didn't ever do it when I was typing, only when I was moving around with it sitting in my lap and I knocked one side of it. So, it's just something to be aware of. This is a game changer for people who need to travel lite and still be ultra-productive! Love the price and the warranty!

Although the description says that it does not work with Mac, it does. The "WIN" key acts like the "COMMAND" key on the Mac keyboard and all the media keys work as well. I just went to the "SYSTEM PREFERENCES" panel and selected "KEYBOARD" then click on "SET UP BLUETOOTH KEYBOARD" (make sure that the folding keyboard is in pairing mode by pressing the "FN" key and the key with the bluetooth symbol on it at the same time). Your mac should say that 1 keyboard was found. Choose it and the Mac will say that the keyboard can not be identified. There will be an option to start the identification process. It is simple, it will ask you to press the key next to the left shift and then to press the key next to the right shift. That's it, you are now good to go. I typed this review on the folding keyboard and my iMac. By the way it is a really nice bluetooth keyboard!
