Glove Box Light
My 2002 Toyota Tacoma has a glove box light that I found out about by accident. Years ago I opened the glove box one evening and I saw the light flash for an instant and then go out. I tried to find out how it came on with out success but I then knew that there was indeed a light in the glove box. I put it out of my mind for a number of years but a few days ago I thought about it and went to a few of the Tacoma forums to see if I could find out about it. I found the location which was a little insert that looked like a little plastic grill about as big around as a quarter and was able to remove it from the glove box. There was a tiny little incandescent bulb in it that was obviously burned out. I took it down to the auto parts store to see if they had any replacement lamps. They did so I bought a pack of two and brought them home and installed one of them. For some reason the bulb just kept falling out when I tried to install it. On the forum a few people that had successfully fixed the problem mentioned that there are LED replacement bulbs available so I checked Amazon and found a pack of twenty bulbs for less than nine dollars so I ordered them and they showed up today. It was mentioned on the forum that these bulbs would only work one way and that after installing it didn't come on turn it 180 degrees and try again. That happened to me so when I turned it it came on and being an Led bulb it was very bright which is what I wanted. On my vehicle there is no switch that activates the light when the glove box opens like most vehicles. The light is switched on when either the parking lights or headlights are turned are turned on so even if the glove box is closed the bulb will be on. With an incandescent bulb that means a short life. With an LED which are known for their long life its not going to be an issue for a very long time. I real happy to finally have a glove box light that works and recommend these bulbs.

these worked great for me - Just make sure if you put one in that doesnt work, you either flip the bulb itself, or flip around the piece that fits into your instrument panel. LED's cannot work backwards with - and +. They need to be correct. I had this with one of my lights. This worked for all the normal plug lights on my instrument panel as well as the light inside the glovebox (didn't even know there was one in there! Good thing I was changing the cabin air filter at the same time!) Very bright, but they do adjust with the dimming switch. Been a couple weeks and so far so good. No issues. Taking apart my instrument cluster is easy, so if some fail I won't be upset for the price. I have a number left over just in case.

Exceptionally bright
Installed on 1997 Ford Expedition. Exceptionally bright. Too bright for use as instrumental panel lamps. Even at full dimming, these lamps are near full brightness so complete darkness is not possible. In fact, when the indicators are off, the leakage current is enough to barely illuminate the LEDs which is actually nice as one can tell where and what the indicators are. Although the "Check Engine" indicator was too bright when "off" so I had to put back an incandescent bulb. These are white bulbs so the illumination will look blue. Originally, the regular bulbs glows yellow and the internal mask is blue so the illumination looks green. At some point, I will be replacing these with lower brightness yellow LEDs to restore the original look.

Simply amazing! Put some life in my 2005 Forester
Simply amazing! Put some life in my 2005 Forester. These things are incredibly bright, and spread light like no other! I have ZERO hot spots! Every part of my cluster is lit up perfectly. The triple LED head fits perfect in the holes, and every bulb was snug in the socket! If you are searching for some white T5's for your out dated cluster, look no further! 20/20 worked! No DUDS!

Very very good for the money
Very bright, very crisp. Awesome LEDs and the fact you get 20 of them for that price is crazy. Needed something to replace the dull incandescent bulbs in my motorcycle speedomter, replaced all the bulbs with the ice blue and a few with the white. Looks 10x better. Only negative that i do not know if its a polarity issue on the bulb or the wiring on my bike, but these would only illuminate the turn signal on indicator when the turn signals were switched to one direction... think its probably just a polarity issue on the bulb but not a bug deal. Overall very pleased... will update when the first one fails

Bright but an effort to install correctly
Just installed them this week. All worked, but an effort to install correctly. Nice and bright. Had to identify the bulb negative and positive side with a 9 volt battery, then install. But had to reverse all bulbs anyway. Truck circuits not marked with plus or negative polarity.

awesome
These take very little power and are a tad brighter than the incandescent T5 bulbs. A great way to decrease the power draw on your motorcycle when the parking lights are on, and/or the background power draw while your ignition is on and you want to start the bike.

F350 dash lights
We bought these because our dash lights were so bad we couldn't see our speed or gas level day or night. After installation our dash was so much brighter and easy to see. We would buy these again without hesitation. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

This is a long one folks
Alright so I was sent these for the purpose of a fair and balanced review so here it is: These lights are far and away better than the previous lights bought for a place by the bay. The first cluster shot of the white leds is the before and the red is after. The box and anti static bag they come in is very well received after seeing the competition sending leds in ziplocks. Yitamotor sends 20 bulbs which are way more than you need for the basic lighting so I converted my MIL to red as well as the low fuel light. I still have enough to eventually do the climate controls. The output of the bulbs is good. Not too bright not too dim. The fit is snug and you need to make sure the bulb is seated fully otherwise it may look defective. TLDR: Good bulbs, great packaging, extremely fair price. 5/5

Great bulb to fix dash lights (05 IS300)
Time will tell how long they will last - but I needed these to replace burnt out dash lights on my IS300. Worked perfectly - if the light doesn’t work intially - flip the bulb to make sure the polarity is correct. Intially I thought half the bulbs were duds. But realized I needed to flip the bulb. You have a 50/50 chance of getting it right the first time Update - added a photo - the dash lights were a dim orange before.
