So far, so good. No complaints. It's large enough for my needs, very simple to understand and use, and it actually keeps things warm for a long time. The only thing that is a little annoying, is that the timer is old-school (not digital), so this means that even after your steaming time has ended, the timer will still be ticking until it reaches the very top of the dial (which is a little clock icon). The steaming has officially ended once the knob has reached zero, the clock icon is to the left of it. Other than that, very nice steamer.

Awesome BPA free, large capacity, works great, great for family dinners or meal prep

You can steam ALOT with this. I do meal prep so this was perfect. I can put a whole week worth of stuff in here and be done with it. I compared several others and chose this one mainly because it's BPA free. The top pieces nest into each other so it doesn't take up toon much space in my cupboards. I saw some reviews about them fitting togather sloppily but I didn't have this issue. The containers are numbered and have to be put in the correct order. You can also just use 1 or 2 containers if steaming less.

Nice little steamer that holds a lot of food!

Bought this to replace my ancient Oster steamer and wow, am I impressed! This new one is extremely lightweight compared to my old Oster, and the base is much smaller, so it takes up less counter space. The baskets hold just as much as the old ones did, and it comes with an extra basket so I can steam much more food at one time. The baskets all nest inside each other for easy storage, including the rice basket, and the lid fits over all of them, which is really nice. One feature I really like is that the drip tray has handles so you can remove it for cleaning while it is still hot without burning your fingers. In addition, the drip tray is much deeper than the one in my old Oster, so the drip water stays in the drip tray and doesn't overflow down into the bottom part with the steamer water, so the steamer water tray stays clean. The water heats up quickly and it is steaming away within just a minute or two -- I saw the review that someone's leaked -- but mine hasn't leaked a bit! I'm just really thrilled with this steamer and glad I finally decided to upgrade.

Very happy with this steamer system. Really like the layered sections which allows for more food to be steamed at the same time. Root vegetables are delicious and can be steamed to a delightful texture that isn't mush (which often happens with boiling or steaming in a closed pot). We have recently steamed ahi tuna steaks and were very pleased with the results.

I like this steamer

I like this steamer. The steamer does what it needs to do with vegetables and meat. I give this steamer five stars because the water doesn't drop into the same space as the heater. There is a tray where it collects that you can remove and clean. With other steamers, you have to clean the spot with the heating element after every steam.

I love it.

This product works wonders. What I would normally need 3 pots/pans for I substitute with this stream. It comes with a booklet on how to set it up and directions needed for making meals. I've started dieting so I steam my fish and vegetables in without any hassle. It's a time saver after being at work for 8 hours. I use this to make dinner for a family of 3. I love it.

Works great!

This system is plastic so I almost considered get a stainless steel option for more money. I am so glad I didn’t. It is durable, and very easy to clean. It is large capacity, and still very efficient. All tiers steam very well, and it’s easy to store. When you stack it for storage, it takes up no more space than your regular pots. I love it and use it a lot.

Stands The Test Of Time

I have to give this product a five star review. I purchased this product in November of 2016. I have used it approximately twice a week ever since then. I frequently use it to steam potatoes for mashed potatoes, and to steam fish and veggies. While steamed potatoes and veggies are quite ordinary, I guess, I think the taste of beautiful steamed fish is a real pleasure. I have had no problems steaming several different foods at the same time. This product is still going strong for me and I consider it to be an essential part of my kitchen. Five stars.

Excellent steamer

I bought this steamer right after Christmas and I use it almost every night. I love it , it steams very well and best of all it doesn't have a bottom reservoir that gets gunk and mold build up that can't be cleaned, this one is so easy to clean and use.It heats up quickly and steams evenly,Plus the size takes up less space on the counter , and I always leave it on the counter so I use it at all times, my veggie intake has increased dramatically. I use the smaller basket when it's just me and the larger one when I have dinner guests. I highly recommend this steamer.

Awesome steamer. I read some reviews stating that it leaks all over the counter well from what I've evaluated, you have to be aware that if you stack the trays in the reverse order, yes it will leak. I gather that the manufacturer tried to alleviate this problem be numbering the trays. I've never seen a steamer work this fast. You have to be careful reaching over this thing though. Be aware of escaping steam as this thing is no joke. You will be burned, and quickly. Very satisfied with this steamer.
