Excellent Machine
This is my 2nd Keurig, and after all the kerfuffle over the k pods - I'm pleased to say this machine takes them all. It is very chatty and polite and easy to use. I wish it had an auto off -- my big critique. I can't say much about the color "plum" as it's more grey and a tad boring, than the plum color I was expecting.

After 10+ months, STILL LOVE IT!!!
I had a plain black Keurig for about 8 years before it started acting up. I was pleasantly surprised to find there are now multiple colors to choose from! Mine arrived quickly, well-packaged, and was easy to set up. After daily use (between 1-5 cups/day) for 10+ months, it still is working perfectly! I have ZERO complaints. I like the display screen, ability to change cup sizes, brew strength and specify hot cocoa/cider for brewing. The fun color options are just icing on the cake. Easy to fill, easy to use.

Love it!
I have used one at work and so I decided to use it at home. I love being able to have an extra cup of coffee on the weekends without making a new pot of coffee. The color is very cool. So, my son in law made coffee and it blew coffee grounds all over - and it showed a very strange screen I had never seen before - finally figured out what he was doing - when he put the k-cup in he pushed it down to fit - the machine thought we were putting in a caraf size k-cup - soooo, don't push the k-cup down into the holder just set it in and let it bob around until you close the top. I have had to "whack" the bottom of the machine at work a couple times to get it to come on and pre heat - normally after a long weekend and no one took out the last k-cup so it dried all week end - but it does come back to life when I tip it upside down and smack it a couple times. It make great tea! I am still experimenting with the reusable cup with the tiny paper filters - I am gettimg the formula close to the strenghth I like - a dark roast seems to work best.

Petite and colorful - how I like my.....coffee brewers
If you're shopping for a Keurig you know the basics. Here's the things that I was looking for that this K250 provided. (Note - this is our second Keurig, our first model was with us for a good many years but died a slow painful death. We mourned. Then we moved on.) - Color....I'm fussy about my counters and I get tired of looking at so much stuff out on them. And if I must have the stuff out then I at least hope it's visually pleasing. The color options are great and they are true to the photo. My version, as pictured, looks the same in "real life" - The height of the unit is perfect - just over 14" shut, needing about 16" to open and put a pod in - The Kcups I already purchased all work - no nightmares of special codes etc. - Allows for selection of different ounce mugs or a pot - Electronic touch screen is responsive (thus far) - Still makes that same brewing sound but not quite as obnoxious as past models Did I mention the color? The truth is - it's the color that sucked me in - everything else is "extra"

Love It
It's a beautiful color, very happy with my choice. Very easy to use, doesn't take up too much space and fits well in a corner on a wood tray.

Have had no issues with the electronics - very happy with this model
I didn't want an electronic Keurig as they have had issues. I have had two previous Keurig coffee makers with the buttons but the last one which I had for over 3 years finally died. Keurig machines were almost all electronic when I purchased this - love the various cup sizes (waned 4 oz because I like stronger coffee) and also the Strong Brew button. This had both. It also had the best reviews of all the Keurig electronic makers. I have had zero issues with this machine. I notice Keurig has fazed out other electronic machines and gone back to the buttons, but this one is still in their lineup. I am very happy with this coffee maker, it has smaller footprint than my previous Keurig & very easy to refill water. Recommend

Fantastic
Simpley the best cup of coffee and the best coffee maker we have ever owned. So easy to use our 9 year old daughter can use it. Shipping was fast, ordered it Friday night and received it Sunday morning.

Perfect little Keurig
This is my first Keurig coffee maker. I love it. I've used them before and I was always impressed with them. This one is a nice compact size with just the basic functions, including making three different sizes of cups of coffee, carafe, or large travel mug size. This also has a strong setting for an extra strong brew. I just have one small gripe; it's hard to turn off. I have to push the tiny button to turn it off about ten times at least before the machine turns off. Other than this it works perfectly. Using filtered water does improve the taste of the coffee this makes. And getting the right brand of pod of coffee makes all the difference. I got some Starbucks pods in a variety pak of ten different types of coffee and most were terrible. Read up on which brands of coffee are best for this on the internet is my advice. This is a good looking machine that takes up very little space on the counter. I assume most who are reading this are already familiar with how a Keurig coffee maker works but if not, you just keep the water reservoir filled all the time. Then you select a coffee pod, put it inside the lid, and push a button a couple of times and out comes a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. I wish I had gotten this sooner. This is a great way to start my day.

Ignore the bad reviews!
I waited a few months to review this, after a week of reading reviews before I’d even spring for it. This replaced my old Keurig that started to make angry noises at me and wouldn’t brew. Anyway, I’m not sure what all the negative reviews on this thing are all about. I like it a lot. I did hit a couple of speed bumps in it, at the beginning, because I DID NOT READ THE DIRECTIONS. You should read the directions! I tried to fill it with bottled water thinking I was being all fancy and caring for my machine, but as it turns out, that’s no good. The machine was telling me that it was empty. Complicated explanation aside, bottled water does not contain the molecules that the machine senses in order to determine whether or not the water reservoir is full. This was resolved by filling the tank with water from my Brita pitcher. This is better, in my opinion, because I don’t even need to lift the tank out of the machine to fill. I read some reviews about the acrylic of the tank being flimsy, and my response to that is that any plastic will break if you smash it hard enough. Next, reviews complained about certain k cups not working. I wrote this review only after using an off-brand cappuccino k cup from Aldi, and the machine didn’t even hesitate. The only thing that really stumped me in the beginning was the power button. I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. I thought they sent me a busted one. Turns out- Reading the directions would reveal that you need to hold it down to turn the machine off. Good stuff. All in all, don’t let the negative reviews sway you away. It’s a good looking appliance and serves its purpose.

Surprisingly, I Love my Keurig! ☕️
So I put off buying one of these for several reasons. One being that I think the k-cups are incredibly wasteful and not environmentally friendly. The second being that I wasn't sure it would brew a great cup of coffee. I use the filter cup and man, does this thing brew a great cup of coffee! I feel that there is very little waste involved and my morning cup is delish! Perfect for someone who doesn't need more than one (maybe two cups) in the morning☕️
