A must for home meat bird processors

I have ordered so many things from Amazon in the past and never felt the need to write a review. This product changed that. These bags were great! Very easy to use. If you process your own meat birds, these are a MUST!! I loved not having to cut and make bags for my food saver, and no fighting with ziplocs. These bags make your chickens look great in the freezer. They are neat, easy to stack, and you can see whats inside clearly.

Easy to use. It was actually fun!! Slaughtered and packaged 20+ chickens ourselves 5 months ago. What is left in the freezer is holding up great. NO freezer burn!!

Great sturdy bags

We processed 40+ meat chickens this year, and absolutely love these bags. So much easier to use than vacuum bags, and shrink around the whole chickens very well. It was a pretty tight fit for the ones that were 8+lb whole, so we did have to cut a few birds up, but we were really happy with them overall. Will definitely buy again.

Great Product

These work excellent. I was able to use them for our meat chickens and now our freezer is stocked. The only thing I would mention is if you have a large bird, it may take a little extra effort to fit it into this size bag. We will get a size up when we're ready just to have on hand for those large birds. Overall, a great product!

Easy way to professionally package poultry.

I use these with a 190F pot of water to package my chickens for myself and my customers. Nice thick plastic is great for long term freezer storage. Comes with everything needed and great easy to follow instructions. I'll be back to buy more of these for my next batch of chickens.

Kill Chicken, Check. Pluck Chicken, Check. Gut Chicken, Check. Wash Chicken carcass, Check. Now where to put them.... I know, I should use these plastic bags I bought. I Haven't shrunk them, but I am happy with the fortitude of this bag, No bloody mess in my fridge with these!!! I like them

I love these bags , I use to put my chickens in ziplock bags I wasn't happy with the results. The poultry shrink bags are easy to use , very strong. After process your chickens put a pot of water to boil. put your chicken in the bag.put the straw inside the bag: put the zip tie around. Not too tie , Now put your chicken in the boiling water . Turn around the chicken fast. That's how the bag shrinks. Take the straw out ,tie really good ready for freezer.
